"Flickenger was perfect for our family! Having bedrooms on different sides of the great room gave everyone an opportunity to have their own spaces but still all be together. Everything we needed was provided. Even though we couldn't see the beach (less than 100 steps away), we enjoyed the sound of the ocean from the screened porch."- Linton, Louisville, KY
Nested in the heart of a classic Low Country island setting, this modest beach cabin recalls the cozy simplicity of a time gone by featuring pine paneling, wood fireplace, and screened porch. Beach access is just down the end of the short side street and the saltwater creek, teaming with seaside wildlife and favored by kayakers and fishing enthusiasts, is just across the road. Find ample parking for a boat trailer on site and public boat launches nearby.
