Fisherman's Paradise is a 4 bedroom/3 full bath home with approximately 1500 square feet on one level. Our home is fully stocked (linens included)with everything you should need to make your vacation getaway perfect. The covered downstairs area contains a half bathroom with an open bar in the garage , a porch swing, hammock, outdoor shower and propane grill area. Upper deck includes a large sunning deck plus a covered area with a dining table that seats eight.

Plenty of room for three couples with children, too. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, and water view down the canal. The second bedroom has a set of built in bunks along with a queen size bed, private bath and private balcony. A queen bed is in the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom opens up to the living/dining/kitchen area and includes a full/twin bunk with a trundle plus a computer desk for a work area.

The community of Sea Isle offers a lighted fishing pier, childrens' playground, pool during summer, tennis courts, boat launch area, bait shop, outdoor bar and one of the island's best restaurants. It is ideally situated for great fishing in the surf or in West Bay, as well as bird watching during all seasons. Its close location to San Luis Pass offers easy access for offshore fishing.

Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway, a family looking for quality time together, or friends that enjoy fishing, water sports or beach activities, this house will be perfect for your group.

About Carey Graham

Twenty years ago, Denis and I purchased the property next door to this current rental. We owned lots on either side and decided to sell the older home in 2015 and build a newer rental on one of the empty lots. Beautiful! Sea Isle beach home

The pictures of this lovely home are very accurate! This house is beautifully decorated with a coastal theme and is very clean. Newer appliances are clean and in good working order. Carey came by the day after we arrived to welcome us and see if we needed anything. She and Denis are friendly, helpful, and truly wanted us to be comfortable and enjoy our stay! With a beach access across San Louis Pass road from Sea Isle and a variety of restaurants both casual and more upscale nearby, this a perfect location! This area is quiet and private and just right for lounging on the deck overlooking a canal. Perfect place to relax and visit with friends and guests!

Even in the winter off-season, there are plenty of activities to enjoy! This house is exactly as described, and very comfortable, even for a large group!

We appreciated the opportunity to enjoy this great home! Do not hesitate on this rental home!!

Must stay! Beautiful house.

The house is exactly as described and pictured - and more! It was VERY clean, well maintained, and had everything you would need for a perfect stay. Carey was quick to respond to everything and we also want to mention their friend/neighbor Dan who helped us, was awesome and was very much appreciated.

We were able to catch some blue crabs/stone crabs and fish right in the canal. There was also access to a private pier just a couple of streets over. It was nice and lit for some night fishing. The location is very convenient with bait shops, stores, and restaurants. We had small children with us and they loved the paddle boat and kayak. Be sure to bring your own life vests! There was a lot of thought put into this house and it is accommodating to all types. I would definitely recommend the Fishermans Paradise to anyone! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Pulling blue crabs and fish out of the canal is an added plus - this has been an exceptional season. It is a good idea to bring your own life vests for the canal toys, but we will loan out our own, when needed. Amazing Home, Wonderful Owners

We rented this home over Labor Day weekend, there was 14 of us that stayed in the home and we had plenty of room. The pictures don't do this property justice. Its stunning, super clean, well maintained, and has everything you need to relax and enjoy your trip. The owners of the home are amazing. Carey was very responsive through the whole process, texted us the morning of arrival, came by that afternoon to make sure we had everything we needed and settled in ok. Excellent customer service. The paddle boat was a HUGE hit as well as the downstairs bar/ tv area for all the football games on that weekend. We fished the whole weekend and the location of this home was perfect. Short drive to San Luis pass (our main fishing spot), beach was just a short drive for anyone not fishing, and when it got to hot or we wanted to do some evening fishing we would fish on the canal at the house. We also requested the pier key, which if you fish I highly recommend. It was pretty impressive and we caught some great fish from there. We make this trip every year for a family vacation and look forward to booking it every year from here on out! Thanks again Carey for such a wonderful experience and letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Great stunning house!

This is a great stunning house with everything you needed! Everything was neat and location was great! We had everything we thought we might beed to bring from home. We lived there 3 nights, enjoyed fishing, jogging and crabbing. We had breakfasts and dinners on the second floor patio, enjoyed cold beer and wine....Just sitting there relax and looking at the view was more than we could imagine! At the end everyone didn't want to leave. We will definately go back again and highly recommend this house to everyone! It can be a great weekend getaway place. Short driving distance makes it possible for everyone who lives in the greater Houston area! Thanks Carey for all your easy instructions, your quick response to all our questions! Don't forget to send our big thank you to your neighbor who delivered the tag to us! He was very nice and very helpful!

Perfect Bay House!

We could not have found a better bay house. We stayed for a week with two families and there was room for two more. The house had everything you could possibly need. It was the perfect place for adults to relax while the kids enjoy time in the bay. The paddle boat was a huge hit! With a hammock, swing and outdoor bar w/music system it was a fun time for everyone! We had no complaints! The owners were very friendly, helpful and easy to work with.
