Main Street Vacation Home is a 3 bedroom Victorian-styled home located in the center of the historic town of Breckenridge on Main Street, and only a two minute walk to the Gondola. The house has 2200 square feet of living space with an outdoor hot tub.

This lovely vacation rental home is part of the Brittany Place neighborhood. The professionally landscaped property has a beautiful center courtyard and connecting sidewalks. Located in the heart of Breckenridge, you can walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. Plus you have access to the free shuttle to go to the other ski resorts. There are mountain views from the front porch.

This charming 2-story home features a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances, hardwood floors, new cabinets and granite counter tops. Amenities include a gas fireplace, outdoor hot-tub, three HDTV's, high speed wireless internet and a gas grill

A one car detached garage is included and there is on-site parking available.

The house can sleep six to ten people. The master bedroom is on the second level and features a king bed, a master bath and a private deck. There is also a queen bedroom on the second level with its own bathroom and a jetted tub. On the lower level, the third bedroom has a full/twin bunk, queen, twin and a full bathroom. A sofa sleeper in the downstairs TV room accommodates up to two more people.

The hot tub and gas grill are located on the back porch where you can enjoy summer dining. The front yard is a perennial garden where you can enjoy the cool mountain summers.

First class all the way...

What a great vacation rental! Everything was perfect - can't think of anything I'd like to see changed. Let me start with the kitchen... professional grade appliances, every utensil, cooking accessory, small electric appliance you could need (OK... no espresso machine but otherwise everything). The bedrooms were good size and the beds comfortable. All Ralph Lauren linens. The layout (2BR upstairs, 1 BR downstairs) was ideal. All BRs have private baths! The hot tub, the gas fireplace, the TV set up (satellite) and the off-street parking were all pluses. Even the back yard neighbor was friendly, helpful and conversational. We were in for a wedding and had family all over town. Ours was the most enviable location and house. Finally, communication with the owner, Brad, was stellar. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, perfect for large families, beautiful house, hot tub!

This house ticked off all the boxes for us. We were blown away when we first arrived. The house is bigger & better than the pictures show. We have 5 kids, and they immediately took over the lower level, which there aren't even pictures of! It's impressive! The downstairs bedroom sleeps 5-6 and has its own TV room with couch, plus full bath. Perfect area for our tweens & teens!

The washer & dryer are top-notch, as is the kitchen & appliances. We were never missing a thing. I loved the radiant heat plus the comfortable leather couches. The balcony off the master was awesome too. One tiny suggestion - the king master bed is due for an upgrade, but I was usually so tired I passed right out!

We also enjoyed the hot tub every day. And to save the best for last - location! Literally right across the street from the gondola for a quick trip up to the mountain to ski. We did rent a car, but it sat in the garage for most of the week. We walked to dinner, to the sled hill at Carter Park, and to the shops. We loved the Canteen Tap House that was just a couple of buildings down (the honeydew chicken sandwich - yum!).

Blue Mountain Sports was great for rentals. Piante Pizzeria was a perfect fit for my vegan daughter. Eric's was great too. Loved Breck, loved the house, & hope to be back again soon! Thank you Brad, for sharing your beautiful home!

5 Star Luxury Home with a perfect location

I'm only hesitant to write this to keep the place to myself for when I return. The house has it all-A variety of sleeping arrangements to suit a large group or a few couples. Gourmet kitchen and great living room. Outdoor hot tub. The list goes on. Brad is very attentive and responds quickly should any matter need attention.

Beautiful Victorian in the Perfect Location

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home right on Main Street. Walking distance to all of the shops, gondola, and wonderful restaurants. This was the perfect location. The house is well appointed, beautifully remodeled with the charm of an old home. People stop as they walk by to take photos of this charmer. The bed was comfortable and steam shower was really a treat. The home was very clean and comfortable. Definitely will return and will plan to bring people to fill the home next time as it is very spacious and would easily fit a few couples or a couple of families. We did not have any issues, however Brad was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay as well.

Perfect in every way!

This house is everything you're looking for- great location, beautiful home, well appointed, very clean and comfortable. We had 2 families with a total of 3 children. There are 2 lovely bedrooms on the upper floor with ensuite bathrooms for the adults and the perfect space on the bottom floor for the kids- plenty of beds and their own bathroom and hang out space. These levels are separated by the main living floor so there is privacy and quiet. The beds are comfortable, the house has every item you might need, everything is in great condition and clean. The location is the best- we skied every day by simply walking across the street and getting on the gondola. In the afternoon, take a soak in the hot tub then stroll main street shops and restaurants. This is the best of both worlds- the slopes and downtown Breckenridge.
