Main Street Vacation Home is a 3 bedroom Victorian-styled home located in the center of the historic town of Breckenridge on Main Street, and only a two minute walk to the Gondola. The house has 2200 square feet of living space with an outdoor hot tub.

This lovely vacation rental home is part of the Brittany Place neighborhood. The professionally landscaped property has a beautiful center courtyard and connecting sidewalks. Located in the heart of Breckenridge, you can walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. Plus you have access to the free shuttle to go to the other ski resorts. There are mountain views from the front porch.

This charming 2-story home features a recently remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances, hardwood floors, new cabinets and granite counter tops. Amenities include a gas fireplace, outdoor hot-tub, three HDTV's, high speed wireless internet and a gas grill

A one car detached garage is included and there is on-site parking available.

The house can sleep six to ten people. The master bedroom is on the second level and features a king bed, a master bath and a private deck. There is also a queen bedroom on the second level with its own bathroom and a jetted tub. On the lower level, the third bedroom has a full/twin bunk, queen, twin and a full bathroom. A sofa sleeper in the downstairs TV room accommodates up to two more people.

The hot tub and gas grill are located on the back porch where you can enjoy summer dining. The front yard is a perennial garden where you can enjoy the cool mountain summers.

Great home!

Home is great! Very clean, comfortable and cozy! Perfect location to walk anywhere on Main Street and very close to gondola. We had 8 people in our group and there was plenty of room for all of us. We were there over Christmas and there was even a Christmas tree in the living room! My only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful Place

We stayed the first weekend in November.

The home is bigger than it looks on line and even prettier.

I was very surprised at how high-end it was (nice linens and towels, for example) and how well-decorated. We cooked one night, and the kitchen was very well-stocked.

We had two groups - parents and teens - so having two dens/tv rooms (one in the lowest level and one on the first floor) was a plus.

The location is very convenient. One caveat - if you sleep with your windows open and stay in the master, you will hear street noise. (You won't hear a thing with the windows closed.)

The owner was very prompt and very kind. I left a pair of gold earings in the master bedroom. He found them for me and dropped them off at my house in Denver. Way above and beyond the call of duty!

Words cannot even describe....

Our group just got home from our stay at Brad's place in Breck. We had such an amazing time. We all felt like this was the nicest place to stay in town and we were so lucky. Tourists would walk by and take pictures of this house-it is that amazing! Very spacious and our group of 5 could not have been more comfortable. The beds, washer and dryer, furniture, kitchen were all nicer than anything we have at home :) Very easy to get in and out of parking spot. Backyard neighbor was super nice, as was everyone in town. Great communication with Brad throughout the stay and booking process. House is walking distance to everything. We are already dreaming of our return trip. Thanks so much !
