This is a magnificent second floor unit in Grande Reserve subdivision of the Strand Golf and Country Club. The unit is approximately 2500 square feet and can be entered from the two car garage or separate private entrance outside. Both entrances lead into a foyer with a private elevator and stairs which give access to the second floor. The entire living space is on second level.
The unit is professionally decorated and includes Plantation Shutters throughout.It also has wall to wall Italian tile everywhere as well as granite counter tops in the kitchen and all three bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and a 42' Plasma TV. The Master also has a full bathroom including a Roman tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and another TV. This guest bedroom has a second full bathroom and both guestroom and bathroom may be closed off from the rest of the condo for additional privacy using the pocket sliding door. There is a fully equipped laundry room with a new Kenmore Elite front loading washing machine and dryer. The large den area has a full bar with another refrigerator and even a small office. The den also has an impressive 50' Plasma HDTV with a Bose home theater surround sound system. The Bose also provides multizone music throughout the condo using two separate remote controls. There are hundreds of songs already preloaded into the Bose. The den also has the third bathroom in the home. The Great Room and Lanai have a magnificent view of the golf course. There is also an eat in kitchen and a separate dining room area just off the kitchen. The kitchen appliances are very new. This unit is turnkey furnished with everything necessary to live.
As a guest, you have the ability to use the full variety of amenities offered at the Strand Golf and Country Club. For Golfers, the Strand offers a variety of golf packages to the renter. Full golf is not included with the rental but available. However, full use of the restaurant, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis facility ,and limited golf is included with the Enhanced Social Membership included with this rental. as The Strand can be reached for additional information at: 239-592-7710 The Strand Golf and Country Club has one of the nicest clubhouses and finest restaurants in Naples. There is a large private olympic sized smimming pool as well as tennis, basketball, bike/walking trails, and too many more options to list. Also, directly outside The Strand's gates, there is a variety of supermarkets,retail shopping, and restaurants.The Strand is a gated community with 24 hour security. Another thing to mention is the Grande Reserve subdivision. It has a separate private swimming pool and clubhouse. One last mention, I have access to very low rates should a car rental or car lease be needed. Whether you seek a seasonal/vacation rental or something long term, this condo is worth a look.
The Naples area is a wonderful area because of it's natural beauty, upscale atmosphere, and great people. I also have a home in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area and frequently travel to the Dominican Republic. Naples never fails to enchant me.

I lived in this property since it was built but have relocated outside of Naples due to employment. I decided to keep this property due to it's unique charm. It is an ideal location close to the beach, interstate, and airports, as well as shopping and dining. It is in beautiful subdivision in a gated country club. The private elevator is a big plus for mobility as well as convenience. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
This property is truly turnkey furnished. It is very quiet and has all the amenities of an upscale country club and also has a great view of the golf course. It is pet friendly!If you like the pool, it has a small pool and clubhouse in the subdivision, as well as a large pool at the main clubhouse and spa.
The photos do not do this condo justice ~ it is absolutely exquisite! It was way more than we expected and far bigger than the pictures show. My parents and I enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast with beautiful views of the golf course from the screened balcony overlooking the 4th green. All the stores are just outside the complex and the private elevator was such a huge convenience. The beds were super comfortable, the living space was more than we needed and the office with computer was a really nice perk! We didn't hear a peep from any of the neighbors and the whole area is finely manicured, it was like walking through a botanical garden. The owner was easy to work with and quick to respond. I would recommend this condo to anyone and will return next year!
Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful 2nd floor coach home. Decor was outstanding! View was also outstanding, right on the 3rd green. Elevator was handy for groceries, etc. Great music library. Helpful owner. Great location in North Naples and near I75.
