absolutely delightful cabin in the woods.

  • 5 of 5

The cottage features high ceilings and wrap around deck in a secluded setting. The kitchen is fully equipped and interior design is top notch. There is a trail, in front, that leads to several nature preserves including the old railway right of way. The cottage is well maintained. A bicycle is useful if planning to go down town a lot.

Cottage on the hill surrounded by birds and views!

  • 5 of 5

My wife and infant child spent a glorious spring weekend in Provincetown with John at his cottage. The furnishings were nice but basic - but the key advantages are the high ceilings, huge windows facing the forest and wonderful location set close enough to town (for walking) while also set-back in a quiet wooded environment. Birders will love this place as we were surrounded by orioles and warblers during our stay. John was our host - he a kind and friendly man and he and his wife (who was abroad) have done a wonderful job creating a special place for visitors. We will be back!

Best of Both Worlds: Woodsy Retreat a Few Blocks from Commercial St.

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Hideaway Hill, in the unit called "The Cottage" featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed, small but fully functional kitchen and living room area. The cottage was sparklingly clean, and the owner, Jonathan is well-organized and communicates effectively. Both the bathroom and kitchen feature skylights, flooding the studio with natural light. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning facing a huge picture window overlooking the woods, sipping coffee and listening to birds, it you want to be removed from Commercial St. but close enough to enjoy its many attractions, this place is perfect.

We rate this cottage 5 stars PLUS

  • 5 of 5

The 5 star review system is not sufficient enough to express our feeling about our late September vacation in this beautiful cottage so we give it 5*+. This place is close to the busiest street in town and to the beach and the same time it's away from it all on a high hill in a quiets of the forest with hiking trails. The cottage has a wraparound balcony it's tastefully furnished and decorated full of wood picture windows. Fall is the best time to visit no crowds lower prices. Thanks to Jonathan and Camille.

Perfect Cottage Stay

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage. The cottage itself had everything we needed, was clean, and very comfortable. The trails behind the house were great for our dog to run around and explore and the short walk to the beach was perfect. The location is ideal to downtown and many beaches. The owners live right next to the cottage and although they are around, they were in no way intrusive and were very kind and helpful! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Outstanding Is An Understatement!

  • 5 of 5

I have been renting in PTown with my rescue dogs for a decade, I have never experienced such a phenomenal vacation prior to my stay at Jonathan and Camille's! Located high on a hill and set back well off the street within a breathtaking natural environment, their houses stand tall atop a pristine landscape that rolls softly downhill directly to the shoreline dotted with blooming gardens and serene pathways. The Studio was more than I could have asked for with lovely hard wood floors, a comfortable bed complete with sublime linens, billowing natural fiber drapes adorn ten (10) enormous windows with a perfect kitchen and cozy furnishings. Highlights include incredible attention to detail throughout the grounds and within the Studio itself from state of the art emergency fire warning system to well appointed exterior lighting that appeared with each step as dusk approached into the evening hours. An adorable kitchen had every amenity you might need including lovely dishware, exceptional knives and drawers overflowing with a myriad of tools. I highly recommend this stunning gem of a vacation spot to anyone traveling to PTown with or without pets!
