I just stayed in the unit and they have just completed renovations of the hallways and pool and now the lobby i getting a complete makeover. The apartment is very clean and newly furnished. I love the loft it ahs two floors and give you the feeling of a larger apartment. It works great for family froups. I would come bakkc here again it is a great value. Kelly gave us really great service

Not so bad, but we won't go back

We booked the unit Bay 6. The place is nice, but I don’t think we will back there. Following Pros and Cons detailed;


• Booking was easy and fast with the broker, through the Home away web site.

• Check-In fast and efficient, despite opinions in other reviews (we did it with the security and it was perfect).

• Hotel and condo staff super nice, very helpful and smiling people.

• Valet also are very nice, always running around the place, even when crowded, especially in the morning, at checkout time.

• The unit very clean and exactly as described (except for cons described below).

• A lot of chairs at the Pool (not at the beach), and we always found a nice spot to stay.

• A restaurant is open which is very convenient. We didn’t eat there, but we saw the price, and were very reasonable for a hotel.

• Washer and dryer at the unit were a must, very useful.


• At the unit, not enough of dishes, cups, glasses. They say that the place is not prepared for big supers, but if the unit is rented for 6 people and you have 5 dishes and 4 cups…there is something wrong.

• The dishes available had chips, not a very nice way to eat on vacation. We don’t ask for a fancy dinner service, but at least enough and in a proper way.

• Microwave is really old and even the open-close button was burned, no scissor in the kitchen.

• Only some hangers in the closet. Again, for a unit prepared for a family of 6, having 7 hangers…doesn’t work. I went to Walgreens and bought some, but I didn’t want to let them there. Is the owners’ or managers’ responsibility to do so.

• The pool is cold. I’ve been in several places in Miami Beach, especially in winter time, and always the pools were warm. This one is really cold. We asked the staff and they answer that the place is not sold as temperate pool… so if you are looking for a warm pool in winter, forget about this place.

• Music in the pool bar is especially loud, even when in the poll rules it’s specifically indicated that loud music is forbidden

• The beach, even when nice, is very small, if you are looking for a large beach, this is not your place.

• No chairs available at the beach. You need to bring those available at your unit or lay down on the sand (not so bad).

• Air conditioning in the corridor going to our Unit is VERY cold. I understand that air conditioning is required to avoid mold, but that wasn’t normal. We were in the first floor.

• Wi-Fi internet is included, but it didn’t work the day we arrived. We Tried to c

Satisfied Stay

I recently stayed at this property and was very pleased. The location is great; close enough to South Beach and all the tourist attractions, but at the same time we were able to get away from it all and simply relax. This condo is nicely decorated that gives it a cozy, comfortable feeling. The place is entirely equipped with all bathroom amenities, cooking utensils, cleaning tools, etc. Wifi is, however strictly within the lobby. The direct access to the beach is something one should definitely take advantage of. It may not be like the famous South Beach, but it is clean and not very crowded. This condo complex is not a 5 star building; the carpet in the hallways are worn out and the hallway this particular room is located and the room itself (mainly the kitchen and downstairs bathroom) did have a distinct odor. Valet parking was included in the price, although it did become a hassle with tipping the valet guys especially since we were in and out of the condo 2-3 times a day. For the rental price and condition of the condo, I would definitely consider staying here again.
