This lovely, completely remodeled condo is located in the 55 plus community of Vista Harbor which borders the Indian River Lagoon. Within just several yards of this Unit are beautiful canals that contain a multitude of fish (dolphin, manatees, etc.) and wild birds and lead directly into the much larger Lagoon located only a few hundred yards down stream.

The décor throughout the condominium is very inviting with the use of relatively neutral cream / sand-like colors on the majority of the walls which are neatly trimmed with fresh, white floor and ceiling molding throughout (including bathrooms).

Enjoy a fully enclosed (glass and screen) back porch all year long (regardless of weather conditions). Ceiling fan and lighting allow for all day use. The patio is accessible through sliding doors off the Master bedroom providing great cross ventilation if one prefers the open air rather than air conditioning. An additional, secure door leads to the backyard from the patio.

The Master bedroom features are comfortable queen bed, dresser, two end tables, large (mirrored) closet , ceiling fan and a TV.

The Master bath is treat with a large, custom tiled, and slightly recessed shower surrounded by a custom, frameless, thick clear glass enclosure. A beautiful pedestal sink and decorative mirror / medicine combination add finishing touches.

Two electric twin beds are a special feature in the Guest bedroom allowing considerable range for comfortable positioning of the back and legs. A bonus for extended reading or TV viewing. Bed vibration option is yet another bonus. Dresser, two end tables, ceiling fan and a large, mirrored closet make up the rest of the room.

The Guest bath is immediately adjacent to the Guest bedroom and directly off the hallway. It features a tub and shower with beautiful, custom tiled walls and floor, granite vanity with a recessed sink, and a decorative mirror / medicine cabinet combination.

A very attractive, custom archway leads you from the living room area into the hallway that connects with the bedrooms. Waynes coating adorns both sides of the hallway.

The same Waynes coating treatment extends all around the contiguous living room and dining area walls giving a warm / cottage-like ambience.

The gorgeous Kitchen and large (sit down / eating) bar area are “to die for.” Completely redone from floor to ceiling with brand new satin-finished appliances (including a dishwasher that has two independently operated washing drawers), granite counter tops, stone accented back splash, over-the-counter and above-the-cabinet lighting, ceiling fan, and small, Tiffany pendent lights over the bar area.

A comfortable table and chairs are located in a small dining area adjacent to the kitchen.

Terrific, open design allowing direct visual and audible communication with Family and guests between the kitchen, the dining area, the living room and the living room TV / DVD. Rheostat lighting is frequently used.

The generous living room features a very comfortable couch (which converts into a queen bed), an over-sized chair, end tables, freestanding decorative cabinet, Waynes coating and TV / DVD.

Washer and dryer conveniently situated within just a few seconds from the front door within the same building.

WINTER SEASON: This unit is constantly rented for 4 months during the winter. VRBO unique website constraint precludes listing a "full" 4 month WINTER SEASON set of dates (e.g. 1Jan thru 30Apr) within one line/category. Therefore the WINTER SEASON is actually broken down into two separate lines: The first from 1Jan thru 31Mar and the second covering the last (4th) month of April (1Apr thru 30 Apr). The $1500 monthly rate is the same for all 4 of those months.

The lowest $985/mo. rate applies only to ANNUAL Lease.

Condominium Association Rules stipulate minimum 3 month lease.

Payment Schedule for ANNUAL lease is First and Last month rent plus Damage Deposit at time of signed lease agreement.

Payment Schedule for SHORT TERM lease is 50% of rent payments at time of signed lease agreement. Balance plus Damage Deposit prior to date of occupancy.

COMMUNITY APPLICATION: Vista Harbor Community requires the following as part of due diligence / safety:
1. $100 non-refundable application fee at least 30 days prior to lease period
2. Minimum 3 month rentals to avoid transient situations
