Why the Owner Chose Denver, NC, USA:
The relaxed and quaint setting of Lake Norman appealed to us. It's a Great escape from the everyday work life. Located 25 min. from Charlotte was a plus. Tons to do or not.

The Unique Benefits at this Estate:
Because of our 2.5 acres and undeveloped land around our home we have an abundance of wildlife. Deer passing through our property is common. Bird feeders surround the Estate. A red fox has been spotted by us as well as neighbors. Ducks and many fish hangout at our cove. The dock is a place to be at sunrise or sunset to get a true sense of Life.
