Location, location, location! This is a true ski in ski out condo. My husband and I and our 2 grown children stayed here and it was perfect! The condo is clean. We loved the ski lockers & parking garage. You walk out right on the base of Peak 9 and catch the lift! The condo itself is very bare boned - meaning it does not provide a lot of extra amenities. One night supply of coffee, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The kitchen is supplied with only basics - so if you plan on cooking a lot of meals in the unit - you will need to bring all of your own condiments. Only salt, pepper & a little olive oil were in cupboards. This was not a problem for us because we only ate breakfast in the unit and went to a grocery store in Frisco before arriving. We will definitely stay at this condo again for the convenience!!
Needs updated but comfortable
Great location to the slopes, the beds were clean and comfortable. Shower needs updated and an issue or two fixed, kitchen needs updated or at least to have all the cabinet drawer and doors work properly. They were real short on pots and pans and household items but we didn't cook so it didn't matter but if you were bringing your family it might be an issue.
Bathtub needs replaced. Need few more utensils in kitchen. Humidifier would not work, but had own. Would stay there again!!!! Ben and Faye Brown Building 3 rooms 350 and 351
Major update needed
Location of beaver run is unbelievable. Unit itself is outdated with cheap furniture, horrible beds and tiny televisions. Toilet was nasty old, shower floor was peeling rubber. Paint was dirty. Needs about five thousand dollars of updates to be a beautiful unit.
Great Location but not Well Maintained
We were quite happy with the ski-in ski-out location. It was just as advertised if not better. The staff at Beaver Run were very helpful and friendly. When we needed information or supplies (cutting board, dishwasher soap) they were very quick to help. The unit itself has not been maintained very well. Four kitchen drawers were broken and unusable. We were able to transfer the contents out of these into use-able drawers. Two or three light bulbs were burned out including the one in the refrigerator. The utensils and dishes in the kitchen were adequate (except for the knives and a missing cutting board) but just barely. One of the baths drained very slowly and left you standing in 2 inches of water during a shower. The other drained OK but the laminate on the floor was peeling and very ugly. One of the bathroom fans hung down out of the drop ceiling by about 3 inches and appeared to be ready to fall. The balcony door would not latch or lock. We asked and received help from the Beaver Run staff for items which were of immediate need. For the non-essential, or cosmetic items I left a detailed message using the VisitBreck phone app but never received a reply.
