We stayed in this great place Feb.and March this year. We loved the house and the location is perfect.. It is very quiet but close to many activities, shopping and restaurants.. We saw many manatees from the yard. Our grown kids enjoyed the kayaks and our lab, Molly, loved the fenced yard.. We highly recomnmnd this home for a vacation rental. The owners are very friendy and helpfull..

Stay at Thirsty Manatee!

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely experiance, although the pictures were descriptive it was much more! Very relaxing comfortable, especially being right on the canal and made it very convenient, since we Kyak'd to the springs & saw the manatees, a spectacular view.

Although it feels like your away from it all, since it is so peaceful, we like the fact that there were good restaurants and grocery nearby. We also enjoyed the State Park which was an experiance close by. Yes, I would definatly recommend! The house was very clean and very well maintained with a cozy feel. Open & Airy. I would love to go back again soon and the owner was very accomodating!
