'Wild Dunns' is an absolutely gorgeous, renovated home that has everything you need for a luxurious vacation on Isle of Palms. This beautiful home features all new furniture, an elegant kitchen and many upgrades, making this home more than welcoming for you and your family.

Renovations include hardwood floors, modern bathrooms with granite and tile work in the showers and an updated kitchen equipped with a glass cook top, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Wild Dunns is only a few blocks away from the beach but you may choose to stay right in the back yard with the beautiful private pool and hot tub.

Working with Exclusive Properties gives you a vacation experience unlike any other. With a fully staffed office located on Isle of Palms and 24 hour emergency line, we are always committed to making sure your stay with us is exceptional.

We manage cleaning and maintenance staffs to ensure the highest quality service. Our concierge services can help you organize private chefs, massage therapists and all the best that Isle of Palms has to offer.

Our homes come with a check out clean and linens for each bedroom. If you would rather bring your own, we can take off a linen fee of $350. You will also have the chance to purchase additional bath towels and purchase beach towels.

The kitchens are equipped with all of your cooking essentials. You just need to bring the food. We can also arrange to have the kitchen stocked with food before you arrive. Just ask us for details after you book.


We require the first half of your rental amount at the time of booking. The remainder of your rental amount will be due 45 days prior to your arrival. If you book within 45 days of your intended arrival, full payment is due at booking.

We offer travel insurance to all of our guests through Red Sky. Red Sky specializes in the Isle of Palms area and covers you in the occurrence of a mandatory evacuation, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7.25% of your rental cost. Please email for exact cost. We recommend getting travel insurance through us.

If you cancel without purchasing travel insurance (or for a reason not covered by travel insurance) we will attempt to re-book your dates. If it does re-book we will refund your rental amount minus 10% and a $250 re-booking fee. If your second payment has not been made when you cancel, you are still responsible for your full rental rate.

Each reservation is charged a $500 refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be run in the week leading up to your arrival, and will be fully refunded within 30 days of your departure after we have inspected the home for any major damages. Sometimes this is done and returned quicker than 30days. This security deposit is not included in your quoted rate on VRBO/Homeaway.

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend Location!

I can't say enough good things about this place!! We were blown away by how clean, neat, and well-kept the home was - not to mention how beautifully updated it was! This rental exceeded my expectations! This was a perfect spot for a bachelorette party of 7 girls. We loved using the grill, deck, and hot tub. We didn't get into the pool because it was a little chilly. Exclusive Properties were wonderful to work with - any time I had a question, I was promptly & thoroughly answered. Love this beautiful location so close to the beach!! Recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful stay on Isle of Palms!

Southern Comfort

This property felt like a home away from home. Beautifully decorated & furnished with everything we could have wanted and then some. Slight problem with freezer attended to by maintenance in good time. Beautiful beaches a 2 block walk. Charleston, historical forts, plantations & many other attractions just a short drive away. Exclusive Properties wonderful to work with.

Upon arrival the home was cleaned and looked wonderful, but....

Unfortunately, there were multiple issues that make our stay at this home unpleasant. The cold weather meant the HVAC system (heat pump) ran constantly and the old, outdated unit was stationed outside next to the Master bedroom. It sounded like a jet engine, and literally vibrated the bedframe. Sleeping was next to impossible. Secondly, the water from all faucets took a long time to warm...again weather related issue. A pool service man arrived without my being notified in advance, that should not happen. The garage accommodates only small size cars not SUV's, oh well! Lastly, our check-in was fortunately an hour early, luckily we got in at 4:00PM, but having to depart by 9:00AM is a deal breaker. It meant packing the night before, which cut into our vacation. Hustling 7 people out including 3 young children prior to 9:00AM, basically meant skipping breakfast. We love the Charleston area, and visit 3 -4 times annually. This home, albeit near the beach, and Exclusive Properties are scratched off our list for future rentals.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. Due to the very rare cold weather and snow storm the compressor had ice built up and did make a loud noise. As soon as the ice melted the noise was gone. We looked into it and this unit is only 2 yrs old and we have not had a complaint before. The hot water taking a while to heat up was also because of the rare weather storm but we are glad that it did heat up during their stay. We do have a 9am check out, but just like we accommodated the early arrival, we would have allowed a later check out if we would have known it was an issue. During peak season when the home is booked back to back, we need a full day to turn the homes for the next group to get in, but typically in the off-season, we can accommodate a later check out. We are sorry to hear you will not be returning.

Beautiful Beach Home

Make your plans now to rent this incredible beach house. You will be amazed at the comfort and convenience this home offers.

When we drove up and saw the well manicured lawn, landscaping, and exterior we were very excited to see the interior.

This property is beautiful throughout. The decor is tasteful, inviting and comfortable. A real bonus is a bath for each bedroom!!! I love to cook and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need. The pool, hot tub, and screened in porch are great spots to relax and socialize.The location is so very convenient to the beach, Morgan Creek Grill, and the Isle of Palms Marina.

This property is one we have returned to many times and are confident you and your family will decide to do the same!!
