Great for large families or 2 families of close friends, the dual units offer togetherness but with just the right degree of separation for individual independence. The 2-story house is perched on an east facing rise so that it catches constant ocean breezes and is well shaded with trees.
Although not identical, both upstairs and downstairs units have 2 bedrooms with ensuite baths located on either side of the units for optimal privacy. Both units also have an open floor plan that maximizes the kitchen, living and dining space and sprawls out onto the spacious screened porches. The upstairs also features an open deck that is connected to the downstairs by an exterior stairwell. A second stairwell leads to the rooftop ocean view deck.
A garden path leads you to our pool deck complete with covered bar and covered dining area with grill and seating for 12 or more. Nestled along the path to the pool is our garden patio with a table and stone fountain for a romantic picnic setting. Both areas are secluded from view of the house and road for maximum privacy.
Secluded Long Bay Beach is just across the street and accessed by a public footpath. Long Bay Beach is the hotspot for kiteboarding on Provo and also home to Provo Ponies for horseback riding lovers.
**We will also reserve the option of renting either the upstairs or downstairs units. For this option, open dates within a 60 day period of your anticipated arrival will become available for rent. Just call or email us for price quotes on this option.

About the owner: Casita Sirena is owned by Marsha Pardee, a local marine ecologist and resident of TCI since 1992. Marsha lives upstairs with her partner Richard Green (her research/tech assistant) and her dog (Charlie) and cat (Layla). We are happy to share their local knowledge of the area, whether your interest is in nature, native lore or just nightlife.
Why the Owner Chose Long Bay, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands:
I purchased the property in 1998 while living along the salina section of Long Bay. I fell in love with the secluded neighborhood and beach and decided to invest in this area. Construction of the main house was completed in 2005, the pool and garden area in 2011, and our latest addition, Sirena's Cottage in 2015. We became so enthralled with our new addition, we decided to renovate the main house for large family rentals starting hi-season December 2015.

The thing I cherish most about where I live are my daily walks on Long Bay Beach with my dog, where human encounters are a rare occasion. Second to that is the silence and star-filled nights, which are common occurrences in this sparcely populated section of the island. But 'civilization' is only few minutes away when you need it.
