Location! Location! Location!
This spacious 2 bedroom + den (sleeps 5), 2 full bathroom town home is situated in the beautiful gated complex of the Omni Tucson National Resort and Spa. You will enjoy sunrises and sunsets with an unobstructed view of the Catalina mountains from your spacious, private east-facing back yard patio.
You will have many luxuries and comforts of home in this well-equipped, tastefully furnished town home with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floor in bedrooms, granite countertops throughout, a fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. It also includes all linens, washer and dryer, outside barbeque, cable HDTV, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet and free long-distance.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, TV, large walk-in closet and a spacious en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom has two twin beds and is adjacent to a second full bathroom. Both bathrooms were recently renovated in November 2013 with granite counter tops and tiled showers. The den has a new comfortable Ikea futon bed and a desk. New hardwood floors were added in the bedrooms in May 2013 which helps support a dust-free environment. The home has an attached double garage with additional guest parking near by.
The Tucson National gated community includes 36 stunning holes of golf, tennis, a shared heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi, hiking/walking and biking trails as well as easy access to the Omni Hotel. There, you will find excellent dining and a world class spa (for a fee) with numerous treatments to choose from as well as a workout facility . The property is conveniently located close to shopping (Foothills & La Encantada mall), community college and a variety of unique restaurants.
The town home community itself is quiet and private and we would love for you to enjoy your stay on Johnny Miller Drive.
You can exit the gated community for a visit to the surrounding Tucson area with its stunning monumental mountain range and desert scenery that surrounds the city. The property is located within easy access to Interstate 10, 1/2 mile to YMCA which has monthly memberships available to their health club, 1 mile to public library, 3 large grocery chains within 3 miles, Walgreens, CVC and Costco about 4 miles away.
This beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and fully equipped detached home was the perfect place to enjoy comfort, tranquility, peace in the warm, wonderful climate of Tucson. It's more than a place to come home to, it feels like a resort itself. Light from the east poured into and filled the open living room and kitchen area from 9 windows or doors. High ceilings gave an added sense of openness, with no unit above. The three bedrooms are gorgeous, comfortable, new floors, restful and 2 full bathrooms updated and beautiful.
Arizona nature is right outside the door, with a private patio and unobstructed views of wild desert and stunning mountains. Right behind the home is a paved "wash" that goes for miles, easy access to walking or biking. It was away from the city and felt very resort like, but an easy, quick drive back to town. There was a heavenly heated pool and hot tub with palm trees and a view of the mountains. It is near the Omni resort, a great location for eating out (or golfing.) The owner, Amany, was kind throughout and her spirit is evident in the special decorations that make this home unique. Thank you for sharing your incredible home!
We found the location and the amenities of this condo perfect for our needs. Firstly the view from the comfortable and private patio of the Catalina mountains changing colors and shapes was ever entertaining. A regular visit from a Quail family and a jack rabbit finished the day. The condo was very well equipped and quiet and comfortable, a great place to relax after a day of hiking and touring. Looking forward to returning.
This was our second stay in this condo - obviously we enjoyed it the first time to 'repeat', but this time the Tucson weather was glorious. The condo is comfortable with all the necessary amenities. We filled the hummingbird feeder (found in the closet) the first day and enjoyed 3 or 4 hummingbirds the entire time. We loved sitting out on the patio with the beautiful mountain view. The walking path around the complex was great. Kitchen had all necessities for cooking. We hope to return.
We had a wonderful time at this townhouse. We were immediately impressed when we walked in. The living area is very open and comfortable. The view from the back patio of the Santa Catalina mountains was superb. We had many wonderful sunrises and an exceptional full moon rise while we were there. The townhouse itself was very well laid out, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The owners were very helpful in guiding us through the media situation. The location was very convenient to all the activities in the Tucson area. Our only regrets were that we had so many activities that we could not just relax around the condo and enjoy the many amenities and the golf course was pretty expensive. But there was plenty of other activities besides golf. I would definitely recommend this condo.
Roomy Accommodations, very nice view and some good features such as free N. A. long distance and Wi Fi internet. Owners are helpful and reasonable to deal with if any issues arise. Great location for easy access to golfing, hiking and sightseeing.
I found this townhouse to be the perfect location for my stay in Tucson. It’s clean, quiet, well-equipped, and offers scenic mountain views from the beautiful private patio area.
As an avid cyclist and hiker, I particularly enjoyed the easy access to the nearby municipal bike & pedestrian path. If you like, you can ride or walk the path for many miles or connect up to the network of bike-friendly city streets for almost endless riding possibilities.
The grounds and surrounding areas at Tucson National are beautifully maintained and offer a warm friendly environment upon your return from the day’s activities.
I greatly enjoyed my stay and hope for the opportunity to return soon.
World Class Golf at two golf courses within the Omni Tucson National Resort and many outstanding courses nearby. There are many wonderful hiking opportunities close by such as Sabino Canyon/Saguaro National Park. Also for those who want a bit of the old west, drive up to Tombstone or spend the day at Old Tucson Studios.
