This 3 bedroom apartment, right in the center of Cannes, is truly ideal for year-round vacations as Côte d'Azur enjoys 300 days of sunshine a year (don't quote us).

The apartment is just off the famous shopping street 'rue d'Antibes', minutes from the famed Croisette promenade and the Palais des Festivals. Just a few leisurely walking minutes from the beach.

It is on the fourth floor of a Bourgeois building on a little quiet street, and the bedrooms look out onto Cannes roof tops, so you will get a quiet nights sleep although you are right in the center of town.

The apartment has been completely redecorated in 2007 to a high standard with hand-made (by the female, and certainly better, half of our family) soft furnishings, and equipped with high quality bedding and furnishings in general.

It is approximately 73 square meters (800 sq. feet).

The bedrooms are light, and have two single beds in each, the third bedroom, that can serve as the second living room, has a double sofa bed and a flat screen LCD TV. It can also serve as a quiet sitting room.

The living room is equipped with a flat screen LCD TV, a DVD player and Wi-Fi internet access, a large dining table, and a very comfortable convertible couch.

The apartment is generally very well equipped, including the kitchen with all modern appliances -refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster., which is very spacious, and has a breakfast table. Two bathrooms/toilets, with a washing machine is installed in one of the bathrooms.

This is our vacation property. We are a professional couple, Americans of European origin, residing in the New York area with our three children.

SECOND GREAT STAY IN CANNES

I recently completed my second stay in this Cannes apartment and I look forward to additional

visits. I was very pleased with the location, size and quality of the rental and experienced especially good service from the local agent, Ramune. Abundant windows allow for a bright cheery atmosphere as well as fresh cross ventilation. The neighborhood provides numerous opportunities for both dining, clothes shopping and provisioning. Certainly a Five Star offering.

Spacious, cozy and convenient

Loved the well set up space, lots of windows that brought in the light even though our stay was not in Cannes' usual nice weather. Well appointed and comfortable, this unit was just right. The 4 flights of stairs allowed us to enjoy our croissants guilt-free and the neighborhood couldn't have been more convenient, We discovered a new favorite pizza place just blocks away - La Pizzaiola, that welcomed us and served a great pizza. It's a short walk to the Croissette with everything you need nearby. I will definitely both recommend it and stay here myself again,

Cannes was wonderful

Location, Location, Location… This apartment is very nice and large. The apartment has two separate salons areas, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The best part is the location !!! It so just a few blocks from Croisette beach and a few steps from the main shopping street. There are some good restaurants right in the area. We liked La Brouette de Grand mere with a 3 course fixed price meal which was just a few feet away. We also liked La Pizzaiola just a few blocks away, we went there a few times. Cannes is such a beautiful city and everything is in walking distance, the old town, Le Suquet and the market, Marche Forville. I would also recommend a boat trip over to the Isle of Margherite. It is a beautiful way to see the city from the water.

The management company was very helpful with suggestions (restaurants/ things to do) and saved us a lot of money on parking. Out the apartment door, make a left, and then down to the shopping street make a left to the roundabout (just a few blocks away) is General Vautrin street. This street had free parking all day. We were able to find a spot every day and saved us probably 20 Euros a day.

If there is a downside on the apartment (which was really not that bad) is that there are a few stairs flights. We felt that with all the eating and drinking we were doing, they kept up from gaining weight.

We loved Cannes it was one of my favorite city on our trip to France..

Great stay in a great location!

The apartment was very comfortable for the 5 of us. The central location is ideal for walking anywhere in Cannes. The bedroom areas were quiet at night ensuring a good night's sleep for all. The over-sized windows permitted a wonderful air flow through-out the unit. Our car park was less than a 5 minute walk and we visited Vence, St. Paul de Vence, and Antibes all in one day. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics. Most importantly...the apartment was immaculately clean and the owner easy to contact and prompt with a reply. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone planning on visiting Cannes.

Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the apartment with our two children. The location is great - a leisurely walk to beaches, walking distance from the train stations and the port (for sea cruises), and - very important for those who, like us, need to cook (e.g. travelling with children) - two steps from a major "Casino" supermarket. Clean and well equipped apartment on a quiet street, yet close to all attractions and shopping. The owners are fast to respond and easy to deal with. Will stay there again. Cote d' Azur is da best.

Lovely apartment in great location

A comfortable, spacious and well-lit apartment, with all amenities. Very clean, well furnished and maintained. We loved the kitchen - fully equipped in case you do not feel like dining out and want (or prepared) to cook. It is guest-friendly both for business and leisure (my wife and I travelled on vacation). Centrally located, close to beaches, Palais des Festivals, dining (great boulangerie 100m. away on rue d'Antibes) and all shopping, from upscale boutiques to supermarket. Key location puts it in proximity to all points of interest in the city as well as transport hubs for regional travel (train/bus). We went as far as Monaco and Menton along the coast and up in the hills to Mougins, Grasse and St. Paul de Vence. There is also a parking lot around the corner, though we opted for public transportation.

Will stay there again.
