This beautiful sunny top floor unit was recently remodeled in ski mountain decor. Our high end unit offers panoramic views of the Breckenridge Ski Area and the 10 Mile Mountain Range. It is located on the Blue River by the Quicksilver Super 6 Chair Lift at the base of Peak 9, and just one block from historic main street Breckenridge.

This is a top floor Powderhorn Unit. Only top floor units have spectacular two story picture window views, with two floors of living space, balconies, and vaulted ceilings with sky lights!

The main floor includes two bedrooms with queen beds and two full bathrooms; fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar and adjacent dining area that seats 8-10 guests; and, relaxing living room area with gas fire place, wall mounted flat screen Smart TV and DVD. There is complimentary wi-fi, washer/dryer, guest closet, outdoor locked ski rack, and a gas grill on the balcony. This has always been a non-smoking unit.

The upstairs second floor has one bedroom with a queen bed; loft area with one twin bunk, and one full size bunk bed, and a sitting area. The second floor also has a full bathroom, and the second outdoor balcony.

This Powderhorn unit is located in the A Building which is closest to the lift for ski in-ski out convenience. It has spectacular mountain views and is located on the Blue River adjacent to the Breckenridge Ski Area by the main ski school, the Quicksilver double six person chairlift, and Maggie Pub and Deck. It is just a one block walk to the historic Victorian town of Breckenridge. In addition to its perfect location, Powderhorn has all amenities including heated underground parking, elevators, and access to an outdoor heated pool and four hot tubs.

Enjoy Breckenridge all year round!

In winter, six world class ski areas are a short distance from Breckenridge; Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin are 1/2 hr. ride and Vail and Beaver Creek are 3/4 hr. by free shuttle. Summit County has the longest ski season in Colorado.

In spring, summer, and fall, golf on seven courses including the Breckenridge Golf Club - the only Jack Nicklaus designed public course in the world. Also enjoy whitewater rafting, mountain biking, fishing, sailing, hiking, shopping, music festivals, art fairs, exploring ghost towns, as well as, the perfect summer weather and the breath-taking Rocky Mountain scenery.

Everything We Expected and More

This Condo made our trip relaxing and easy. Five adults and two toddlers had plenty of room to play, sleep, eat and relax. The loft was the favorite of the children and provided not only spacious sleeping, but a terrific play area. Elevator a plus for carrying all our stuff to top floor. Although not on this property, easy walk across the street to pool and hot tubs which were huge and clean - as promised, two hot tubs out and two in. The skiers in our group said the access to lifts and ability to ski in was fab. Huge condo windows with great views. We would stay there again anytime.
