Guestbook comments from the owner

Vacations are great to look forward too, when they get here they seem to come to an end faster than we want. This has been the greatest 5 days. The fun seeing things in town, shopping, The Stampede. Going to the Biltmore in Ashville, the Choo Choo in Chattanooga.

Coming back to the beauty of this cabin, the serenity that is to be found has made for a very full, filling and happy time for all.

Thank you for providing a touch of PARADISE!

Exactly what we wanted

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed an extended labor day weekend in this great cabin. It had everything we needed and couldn't really ask for more. The location was what we enjoyed most. While at the cabin, it is peaceful, quiet, and gives you the true getaway feeling all while only being about 15 min from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to the mountains.

Great Cabin and location for price!

  • 5 of 5

First time in the TN and renting from VRBO. Was looking for the mountain cabin feel and experience and this cabin fit the bill with all the feel of a modern home. After searching for many hours and going through countless pictures, we decided on this cabin. Even though we went with through the pictures countless times, upon arrival we were surprised at the actual size, location and cleanliness of the place. I think my son's words were 'I want to live here'. The owner's responded quickly with any questions and inquiries. Everything was explained and written thoroughly so there was no need to contact during the week. GPS worked great to get us through those tight mountain roads. Driveway was a bit of a challenge, but if you follow the owner's instructions you will have no issues. Once up the driveway you have ample flat parking and turnaround areas that are completely private. Plenty of motion activated lighting to light up the area and porch upon late night arrivals. The wrap around porch has a screened section containing the very clean hot tub. Although we experienced no bugs at night the whole time we stayed. Owners keep the cabin air conditioned at a nice comfortable temperature, perfect for those 100 degree days. All first class amenities in a real log built home. Whirlpool tubs in each bed area and no lack of televisions. Plenty of towels provided, never had to use washer or dryer. Never an issue with hot water for showers. Water was good to drink right out of the tap. Security system gives you the feeling of security while in the cabin and when away. We visited the national park, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and white water rafting on the Pigeon Forge. Couldn't have asked for a better location for distance to everything. I would highly recommend this cabin when visiting the area. It was definitately a great value for what you received and something you look forward to coming back to after a tiring day.
