Moody Point vacation rentals

From the easy check in, to the day you head home, everything about Neptune’s Lookout was great!! The rooms are all spacious, the beds were very comfy, the kitchen had all you need and there was AC for those hot days. The area has everything. The sandy beach is a 3 minute walk away. There is also plenty of things in the area to keep you busy. With amusement parks, a zoo, and quaint beach towns to walk thru, you’re never bored! Plus the restaurants are amazing. Any family would love this awesome home for a great and relaxing beach getaway, or a fun and exciting vacation with tons of things to do!!

The house was in a great location and had everything we needed for our vacation. We would stay there again.

Close to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport

Home was spacious and comfortable for our family gathering. Views of the beach and marsh are stunning. Owner was immediately available to answer questions.

The property itself was beautiful. Not a single complaint. We loved the nautical decor! The proximity to the ocean is a plus! It’s too bad that Moody Beach is so close but yet so inaccessible to those of us who do not own property that abuts the sand. The public access paths to the beach are very misleading. Once you get onto the beach every single house displays signs to keep off their property! Property?? Really?? The SAND is their property?? They haven’t accumulated enough material wealth in this world already? And not for nothing but it’s a long walk to the beach that the rest of us are allowed to use to the south of Moody Beach, which is actually Ogunquit. Otherwise you can try to get a spot in the metered parking lot for the public beach. If you’re an early or late beach goer, not a problem. If you go at 11am…. Good luck! We did a “dump and run” brought the car back to the house and I rode my bike back to the beach. But I have digressed quite a bit from my review of the Latitude Adjustment! Very comfortable, clean, modern, beautifully decorated, home! Our first experience renting via an app! Thank you Salt & Shine team.

We have been renting in Ogunquit/Wells area for over 20 years & Rick's Home is by far the best. You have views & sounds of the ocean. The house was clean & had everything we needed for our stay. Rick was wonderful & answers quickly when I reached out. We loved it so much that we already booked again.

Such a wonderful location and place. We spent a relaxing and beautiful long fall weekend and could not have enjoyed it more. No crowds, amazing beach, and the perfect cottage just steps away from the beach. I can't say enough great things about Lori. She was incredibly accommodating, easy to communicate with, and just a lovely host.
