Beautifully furnished and located on a private cul-de-sac in Moose Run Subdivision along the 'Home Again Trail', this ski-in/ski-out unit has 3 levels, and sleeps 12. The lower level features a ski room right on the Home Again Trail with a ski-closet for all your gear, mini kitchen, laundry room, living room with entertainment center, half bath and bedroom with private bath. Private Hot tub right out of the back door.

The main level has a beautiful slate stone entry, 2 car garage with additional off street parking, bunk room that sleeps 4, 2 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The upper level features a full custom kitchen with granite countertops and knotty alder cabinets, master suite with gas fireplace, 6 bathrooms, living room with gas fireplace and cultured stone veneer and a covered deck off the living area. Gas BBQ on a covered deck. Family room separated from living room for children or separate functions

3 bedrooms have king sized beds, 1 bedroom has a queen sized bed and the bunkroom has 4 single beds. 2 couches may also serve as additional sleeping options.

Poorly managed spacious townhouse

Each year our family spends the week before Christmas at a ski resort. Great family time! This house was big enough for all 12 of us. It is located on home again for easy ski in ski out access. The house is sparsely furnished and is short on towels and blankets. The kitchen had all the necessary dishes and pans, and some spices, etc. The lovely stone fireplace is gas-fired with a rather low flame, detracting from the ambiance you expect from a warm fire. There are many bathrooms; however, within 12 hours of our arrival the master bath toilet backed up. Tim tried the plunger, as had we, and then called a plumber. Tim's philosophy is that if something goes wrong with the house while you occupy it, you pay for it. His manner is brusque and uncommunicative. He deducted the plumber's bill from my damage deposit! I had naively assumed that we were renting a house with functional infrastructure. What if the dishwasher or furnace or coffeemaker had malfunctioned while we were there? Buyer beware on this rental! I'm filing a complaint with Homeaway in the hope they won't allow their owners to charge property maintenance expense to the renters!

Exceeded expectations!

Visted with a group of friends from Calgary for the weekend. Absolutely beautiful house, could not have asked for anything more. The location is perfect, the house is amazing. Pictures do not do it justice.

Tim was great to deal with, met him once in-person while we were there and was a pleasure to deal with. Definitely will be back!!

A vacation spot for all seasons

On August 8 through August 16 our family of 4 separate households spent time at unit 26. Our gracious hosts Tim and Sherri were most hospitable. This was the first time using VRBO rentals and our hosts were just awesome to do business with. This townhouse easily accommodated each our individual vacation needs. The property received a unanimous 5 stars out of five from each household which ranged from grandparents, 4 adults and 8 children from an infant to a teenager. And we all are seasoned world travelers.

We as a family highly recommend this property for a group vacation in any season.

Great Girls Weekend!

8 of my friends and I stayed at this property for a girls weekend and it was perfect! The pictures don't do the property justice. It's HUGE and we all stayed there very comfortably. We were also impressed with how little sound travels throughout the house which was a bonus for those who turned in early. It's location on the mountain was PERFECT and we loved being able to ski in and out. Would definitely stay here again!
