A delightful experience awaits you! Our host graciously met me as I arrived and took me on a tour of this marvelous downtown mansion.
Much work and consideration went into the restoration and décor of this 1900 historical mansion. From the perfectly appointed furnishings to the gourmet kitchen, the home provided all the charm of a bygone era with all the modern appliances and electronics to make this bear’s stay pampered and priceless.
Some extraordinary features of this lovely home include: an extravagant master bedroom with luxurious linens, sitting area, and flat screen TV; an enormous master bath with a huge whirlpool tub and steam shower; rustic brick and hardwood floors through-out; and a large home theater with projector and drop down screen, just to name a few.
The wrap-around porch meets up with the beautifully landscaped courtyard featuring Italian marble pillars, a tile fountain, Italianate fireplace and outdoor kitchen and dining area.
Each room and even outdoors is wired for sound for your listening pleasure.
It was truly a delight preparing meals in the gourmet eat-in kitchen, which boasts granite countertops and top of the line appliances. My favorite feature, though, had to be the built-in Miele coffee machine, complete with complimentary coffee and an assortment of soothing, natural teas. I brewed, steamed and frothed to my hearts’ content!
The location of this downtown beauty cannot be surpassed! You will find yourself very near all the shopping, restaurants, theaters, and sporting venues that downtown Denver has to offer.
