San Carlos is one of the newer condominiums on the beach and is located in the heart of Gulf Shores, only four-tenths of a mile east of Highway 59. The complex is directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, with over 350 feet of sugar white sand and crystal blue gulf water. The location is the best in Gulf Shores, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Free Wireless Internet .

Our San Carlos unit 1601 is spacious, with approx 1600 square feet and includes a large balcony. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops, with crown molding in the living room and master bedroom. The entire unit has ceramic tile floors.

San Carlos has a large zero entry, beach-side pool, a sauna, an attractive lobby, and a fully equipped fitness center that overlooks the beautiful beach.

Our living room and master bedroom have wall-to-wall/floor -to-ceiling windows that allow for fabulous Gulf views. The gulf-side master bedroom includes a king size bed.

When you wake up in the master bedroom you have a breath taking view of the beach. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub as well as a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, with a full bath and HD TV. The third bedroom has two queen beds with a full bath and HD TV. The fully equipped kitchen contains a large pantry with the laundry room conveniently located with a full size washer and dryer.

Best vacation ever!

I have nothing but great things to say about this condo! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a group of 8 adults. This condo was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortable. The ocean front view was amazing! The location was close to restaurants and popular hangouts. Andy was great, he answered all my questions and had everything set up prior to our arrival. He gave me his cell number to contact him with any questions/issues, no matter how big or small! We definitely recommend this condo to other and we can not wait to stay here again!

Excellent property!

We had a fabulous time! The condo & the owner were fabulous!! The owner was very helpful with directions, check in, etc. He even called to check in the first day to make sure everything was ok. The condo was just lovely. It was spacious, VERY well stocked, and close to restaurants, bars, & shopping. The pool was very nice, it was large with easy access. The elevators were good sized and fast. The beach was just steps away from the elevator. There was an excellent rinsing station on the walkway. Excellent washer & dryer. Every bedroom had a bathroom attached. I would highly recommend this property!

Stayed at San Carlos 1601 from Dec. 16-25, 2016. This is the most lovely condo we've ever rented. Andy & Ann are wonderful. Andy called to be sure all was ok or if we needed anything multiple times throughout our stay. We felt so at home! We can't say enough about this unit and our stay. Thanks and God bless.
