Enjoy the 32” flat screen and private bath in the Master Suite. There is plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful bay sunsets on the front deck, or barbeque with family and friends in the spacious, fenced-in backyard. Dining, shops, the center of town, and playgrounds are all located within a short 5 block walk. This is the one to choose!

Kraig & I have found the ‘Seven Mile Island’ of Avalon and Stone Harbor to be the perfect family vacation location – and hope you will too if you choose to visit! We are the fourth generation of our family to have fallen in love with this island, and have spent the past ~40 years here enjoying it as children and then as “singles”. We were married at St. Mary’s church on 94th street, and are now enjoying introducing it to our own children to keep the tradition alive, and ensure a fifth generation of beach-lovers!

We LOVED this beautifully maintained home in a perfect location walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Recently updated, and decorated in excellent taste! We would definately recommend this townhome for a perfect beach vacation!

This was a beautiful home. The location is great because the walk to the beach is a little shorter then most homes in the interior blocks. Two block south is a great park for little ones and a few blocks north is the public library and where many of the shops and restuarants start. We hardly used our car the entire week. The owners were very nice and you can tell they really care for their home.
The house was perfectly suited to our needs. The owner, Katharine was very accomodating with all of our questions and went out of her way to help us plan. It was our first year with our family and our new grandaughter - it was delightful.
This home was very comfortable and well-appointed. Everything was well thought out. It was like living in our own home. We could walk to beach and, if we wanted the exercise, we could walk to grocery store. It was a perfect place for our family to be together.
The property was all that it claimed to be. It was clean, comfortable, well laid out for families, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The easy 3 block walk to the beach was well worth it. On two occasions there was on-street parking right near the beach. The beach itself was wide, clean and well groomed. The water was warm and the waves manageable for small children. The lifeguards were very attentive. The outdoor shower was housed in a nice shower room with a hot shower, a changing bench, hooks and a mirror. Nice and private. The owner was very helpful and prompt at replies. I would recommend the property highly.
