Historic Fish Alley and a host of bars, restaurants and other night life are all within walking distance - so park your car and forget about it. Places of worship, coffee shops, bakeries and more are all nearby.
The condominium has two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms and beautiful hard wood floors throughout. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The front balcony can be accessed from the Master Bedroom and the Living Room offering unobstructed views up-and-down Landis Avenue. A balcony off the second bedroom offers a partial ocean view.
Located on the third floor (of three), the condominium can be accessed by the large elevator - making check-in day a breeze. There are also two separate staircases for those interested in a little exercise.
There is a washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and heat for winter rentals - and you can store your beach chairs, umbrella and bikes in a locked first floor storage unit that is included with the rental.
All renters are asked to bring their own towels and linens.
Especially interested in weekly and weekend rentals (weddings, events, and holidays) during the off season.

About the owner: Owner is a Sea Isle Local, and I was born and raised here. I take pride in my property and always want visitors to have the best experience possible. We personally clean the condo after every visitor to ensure it was done right ( and we are meticulous about clean). We have a 1 year old daughter ad 3 year old son, and we enjoy spending time at our condo and the beach during the off season.
Why the Owner Chose Sea Isle City, New Jersey, United States of America:
This is a great place to relax. During the winter months it is quiet, peaceful and of course close to the beach. We love walking across the street to Braca's to grab a bite to eat and take a stroll on the promenade. At night open the windows and let the ocean sooth you to sleep.
