La Selva Beach Townhome Tennis-Pool-Hot-Tub Private 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath (1,846 sq. feet) with a large wrap around deck and ocean views. Tastefully furnished and cozy.

This vacation getaway has been in our family for 28 years. All the kids have grown up and now the parents want to travel. Our townhome is situated on a bluff above Sand Dollar Beach in the relaxed neighborhood of Canon del Sol approximately 12 miles south of Santa Cruz, California. Beach access via a private trail and stairs through the native coastal landscape is a short 5 minute walk from our front door. If you happen to bring Grand-parents or need a more accessible route, you can access the beach through Manresa State Park right next door. Either way, you and your family are minutes from the amazing Pacific Ocean.

Leave your stress behind! At our home you will enjoy fresh air and ocean views while lounging on the deck. You will have the opportunity to observe both the marine and land wildlife, including singing birds, playful dolphins and majestic whales during their migration. Additional amenities include a gated pool and hot tub, tennis and basketball courts as well as the endless beach – great for the young and the young at heart. This unique area of the California coastline allows for miles of unobstructed access – both north and south. Whether you leisurely stroll or vigorously jog along the sands - sunrise to sunset, the beach is your playground. In addition, there is great hiking for all ages at Manresa State Park next door and kayaking at Moss Landing as short drive away. The little town of La Selva Beach is a five minute drive and the KOA campground is a 10 minute walk if you can’t live without a morning newspaper.

Our home is clean, comfortable and a place you can unwind. We have a new stove, a new refriderator, gas BBQ and all the kitchen supplies you need; cable TV's with NETFLIX and a stereo in the common areas, and WI-FI throughout. Our two-story townhome sleeps eight and includes an upstairs master bedroom with a king bed and brand new curtains and comfortable bath, two closets, deck access and wonderful views of the State Park. Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with a full bed and a trundle. The first story also has a washer and dryer, full bathroom (new toliet) and access to the two car garage. We have lots of sand toys, new tennis rackets and balls and ping-pong gear!

We treat our home with alot of love as we have raised 3 children coming here for vacations and long week-ends since 1988 when we purchased it. I still love to come and relax on the deck after I walk to the KOA for my morning paper and brew a big pot of coffee and listen to all the birds ! It is so peaceful here-

We wanted to buy a townhome that had no outside upkeep and had tennis, pool and hot tub for our children. We wanted to be near the beach with an ocean view. We wanted it in a rural location not in Santa Cruz with all the congestion and traffic-This home is very quiet and one can sit on the deck and hear the birds sing!

What makes this townhome unique

My Husband is a jogger ---He loves the fact you can go 9 miles in either direction. I love walking. We love going to Moss Landing and Monterey. My Son loves surfing at Manresa Beach! My girls used to love the Hot Tub and hanging out by the pool.

We enjoyed our relaxing stay in your well maintained home. The garden surroundings were pleasing. The only disappoint was the alternative beach access due to storm damage. We would tell others of our pleasant experience.

My family of five (two young adult daughters, 12-year-old son) enjoyed this townhome over Easter weekend. The best part for us was the amenities -- ping-pong table, tennis courts, swimming pool, and hot tub. The living room furniture was not very comfortable, nor were the beds. One night was quite windy and something was banging on the roof. The new BBQ was great. A cutting board in the kitchen would have been nice.

Fun and close to the beach!

Six friends enjoyed the well furnished house for a weekend of body surfing, wine tasting and walking on the beach. The layout of this 3 bedroom house was perfect for our group, with a local convenient amenities. We definitely recommend this house to you!
