Located just 20 minutes away from gorgeous wineries and vineyards, this land is rich and BEAUTIFUL! Enjoy your days exploring the acreage, playing in the creek, grilling a cook-out with the family under the stars, and ending it with s'mores by the fire! This serene setting is perfect for unwinding, and taking a step back to appreciate all that nature has to offer! Our favorite part about this unique stay is the incredible outdoor space, and we cannot wait for you to experience it yourself!

Situated close to incredible foodie-favorite restaurants and Folinos Winery, as well entertaining attractions, there is always something to do nearby! As you drive down the lane leading to The Stone Barndominium, however, you feel like you are entering your own secluded corner of paradise. We are confident that this stay has everything that you need for this to exceed your retreat expectations, and we cannot wait to (hopefully) have the opportunity to host you soon! We love the environment, and are doing everything that we can to minimize our carbon footprint on this area. Here are a few ways that we are loving on the beautiful environment, and welcoming you to join us!
- We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens
- We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste!
- All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
- We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!

1. Crystal Cave is a Subterranean attraction of rock formations, with outdoor mini golf and panning for gems. It is about a 32 min drive from the Barn.
2. The Reading Pagoda is a gorgeous piece of architecture with an insane view only 47 minutes away. If you're into architecture and views, this is definitely a great place to visit!
3. If you're into amusement parks, Hershey Park is about an hour away. Highly rated, this is a big tourist attraction.
4. If you're up for a hiking adventure, Hawk Mountain Sanctuary is located in Kempton, PA and is about a 16 minute drive from the Barn.
5. Another popular hike is Pulpit Rock. It's a 30 minute drive to the trailhead in Kempton, PA with a gorgeous lookout at the end.
6. Within an hour drive you have two incredible off-road parks! Rausch Creek and AOAA Park (And we have plenty of space for your trucks and trailers to park in our spacious driveway!)

*Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need during your stay!

Please Note:

1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

4. There is not a washer/dryer in the barn.

5. There is a camera on the exterior of the barn recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the barn.
