This lovely colonial Town House is situated within a quiet and very pretty development of only 10 houses.
The houses are surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens ,each house with its own plunge pool. In addition there is a very pleasant communal pool only 5 yards away from the front of the property, and secure parking all within a protected gated environment.
Turtle View is situated in a fantastic and prestigious location, literally a few minutes walk from the stunning Alleynes Bay beach ( one of the best beaches on the Island) as are the famous Lonestar Restaurant and the very popular Ju-Ju’s beach bar. Holetown with its many lively bars, shops, banks, restaurants and the newly constructed Lime Grove Shopping
Complex is only 1.5 miles away, easily assessed by the cheap and cheerful reggae bus which stops a few yards away from Turtle View.
‘Miranda’, 10 turtle View enjoys a premier position on the Turtle View Development
being directly adjacent to the communal pool.
The House sleeps 6 people very comfortably. There are three bedrooms – one very large king size room with luxurious Jacuzzi en-suite, one large double and one twin.
There is also a fully tiled family shower /bathroom.
The House is pleasantly decorated and furnished in a colonial style with open plan
living accommodation. The kitchen is fitted out to the highest standard with all modern appliances such as an American style fridge freezer , washing machine, electric oven, hob and microwave.
There are granite work tops and of course lovely wooden colonial shutters.
Outside is a large covered terrace, complete with outdoor dining facilities. There is a
private plunge pool complete with sun-loungers set within a sheltered wall garden .
Beach Towels and loungers are provided.
