About Elaine Page

I have been a resident of Holland most of my life. Almost 10 years ago on 070707 I was married and moved from this house to the outskirts of town to live with my husband, our 9 year old son Caeden and Golden Retriever, Duncan. This house was a labor of love for me and I absolutely love the place. Not ready to part with it, I thought I would like to share it with travelers who may be coming to town...

Elaine Page purchased this house in 2003

Why Elaine Page chose Holland

I originally purchased this home for myself and lived here for 4 years. It was a labor of love for me with restoring the staircase to tearing out walls and ceilings and updating the entire home. It's really a beautiful place!

What makes this house unique

Every once in a while my husband and I and our son, stay in the house as a little get away. The neighborhood is so nice for walking and there is a park nearby we also like to head downtown to cruise the shops and grab a coffee as the downtown Holland area is just awesome. Thursday nights in the summer are great as there is entertainment going on in the streets downtown.

Beautiful Historic Home

  • 5 of 5

The house was just perfect for our stay in Holland. The property itself was just as described; a beautiful historic home. Special details in the woodwork, etc. The location was great. So easy to get to great restaurants, Windmill Island and the beach.

Comfortable home, convenient location

  • 5 of 5

Our family of six had a great stay for three nights in Holland. The home was very comfortable and clean, and Elaine was super nice and flexible. Would definitely stay here again.

wonderful time

  • 5 of 5

My college friends and I spent a long weekend at this VRBO. We had a great time and discussed how we could come back again soon. The home was clean, cozy and just the perfect location. I would not hesitate to recommend except then it might be booked when I want it!

We loved our stay!

  • 5 of 5

We came to Holland for a family gathering and had a wonderful week in large part because of our lovely accommodations. The wide porch was a real favorite and we spent a lot of time outside. The house itself is nicely decorated, very clean, homey and calm feeling... The house is an easy walk from town and the walkers and runners in our family appreciated how easy it was to head out in a number of directions. Cullen Park/Lake Macatawa was only a 25 minute walk and access to kayaking and and swimming at Lake Macatawa and Lake Michigan about 20 minutes by car. I am missing all of it as I write this! Thanks again Elaine...:) We hope to be back next year!

NIce Place!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed four nights and the house was great for our family. It is close to the downtown and college campus and certainly met our needs. We used the grill one night and it was nice to be able to pull our vehicle in the garage each night.

Great Home for a Long Weekend in Holland

  • 5 of 5

My girlfriends and I got together here to have a summer reunion in Michigan near the lake. Elaine and her family have done such a beautiful job renovating and decorating the home. It's located just a 15 minute walk south of downtown Holland where all the shops and dinning are which was fantastic. The home accommodated us all so well and the bathrooms are large so nobody felt like they were on top of each other. Holland State park was a 15 minute drive and a great place to spend the day. Any larger sized grocery we had to drive to. The back patio and front porch offered lovely places to just relax around the home as well.
