The protected beach, at the southern-most tip of New Jersey, has calm waters that are safe for swimming and perfect for families. Cape May Point is an exclusively residential community with very little traffic that is ideal for walking and biking.

A large, fully-equipped, modern kitchen and spacious dining room with table that seats eight, will make staying at home for dinner, even on vacation, attractive. About the owner: The building that is now called Parsons' Folly was erected in the late 1880's and served as the dining hall for the Sea Grove Camp Meeting Association of the Church of the United Brethren in Christ. It changed hands several times until Elisabeth Parsons, a professional landscape designer and passionate gardener, bought the then run-down building in 1986. She painstakingly renovated the building and gardens and sold each apartment to the families who still own them today. Elisabeth owned and lived in apartment #6 until her untimely death in 1996. During her last years, her apartment was a haven for her family. Tina and Phil Ragozzino, Elisabeth's daughter and son-in-law, now own apartment #6, and we work hard to provide the same comfortable atmosphere that Elisabeth created. We hope that you, too, will join the extended family of Parsons' Folly #6 vacationers.
