About the property

Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Why pay for a small cramped hotel room when you can stay in a comfy condo after a long day of skiing, boarding, hiking or biking in Summit County?

A wonderful condo with WiFI access, located one block off of Main Street in Historical Frisco, Colorado. Situated on the quiet side of Main Street, but easy access to everything Frisco has to offer. Walk to all the wonderful shops, restaurants, and events on Main Street. The Frisco Bike Path is located across the other side of Main Street.

Built in 2005, this condo is beautifully decorated with old antique ski charm. You stay warm during the cold nights by sitting in front of the gas fireplace and the radiant floor heating keeps your feet nice and toasty. During the Spring and Summer enjoy the balcony where you can hear and see the Ten Mile Creek. The Kitchen has everything you need for all those gourmet meals you would like to prepare. You can even see a beautiful pond outside the kitchen window.

For your skiing purposes there is access to seven world-class ski resorts within five to thirty minutes from your front door. Walk to the bus stop (in front of Alpine Food Market) and take the free shuttle bus to any of the ski resorts located in Summit County. There is a outlet mall with all the brand name stores located 10-15 minutes in Silverthorne. The nearest grocery store is 5-10 minutes. Main Street has all the shopping and restaurants your heart desires, plus the new adventure park of Frisco which included a terrain park, tubing hill, and cross-country skiing trails. There is always something happening in this town either the BBQ Festival in June, Fireworks in July or Oktoberfest in September you and your family will never be bored.

*THIS CONDO IS FOR SALE, IT HAS BEEN STAGED SO THE OWNERS ASK THAT ALL DECOR, FURNITURE ETC. BE LEFT ALONE, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE OR PUT IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED IN THE CONDO PER HOA RULES, AS WELL AS NO SMOKING IN THE CONDO, THE OWNER HAS ASTHMA AND SMOKE WILL TRIGGER ATTACKS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.

About Anne

My family and I absolutely love Summit County especially the Town of Frisco. It's a small charming town with all the cute aspects you would want in a ski town.

Anne purchased this condo in 2008

Why Anne chose 4th and Teller Townhomes

We chose this condo due to the location. Right off Main Street but located on the quiet side of Historical Frisco, Colorado. Our family enjoys the mountains year around, including snowboarding/skiing in the Winter and Mountain Biking, Hiking in the Summer. Activities here at Frisco never stop.

What makes this condo unique

My famiy choose this condo because of the location and easy access to I-70, ski resorts, Main Street, and all the activities surrounding the condo. The Ten Mile Creek is right across the street and can be heard and seen from the the living room, kitchen and balcony.

Guestbook comments from the manager

Dear Trina

We had a great holiday which was made even better when we got some more snow! We have just arrived home in Queenstown. We loved your condo, it is so comfortable and homely, and in a great location. It was so nice to be able to come home to such a lovely place each day after skiing. We would love to rent it again sometime in the future.

Many thanks again for a great stay.

Great location, great condo!

  • 4 of 5

Fantastic location within walking distance to Main Street Frisco. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our short weekend stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had enough for our cooking and coffee needs and the balcony was lovely in the mornings!

The only negatives I have would be that we needed an extra blanket one night and we pulled one out of the ottoman and it had pet hair all over it, and that we couldn't find any extra towels and washcloths. Otherwise it is a great condo and Trina was fantastic to work with especially when VRBO app wasn't working properly. Her responses were always very quick and helpful.

Comfortable and relaxing with the sounds of the Ten Mile Creek.

  • 5 of 5

The deck is a wonderful place to have breakfast (or any meal)!! The condo is walking distance from downtown and the fun shops. The condo is roomy and great for making your own meals, especially when having dietary restrictions. Love being there!!

Great place, perfect for our needs!

  • 4 of 5

Place was clean and close to town, quick 5 minute walk to the restaurants on Main street. We had a small issue connecting to WiFi, but emailed Trina and she got right back to us with the correct password. Would definitely recommend.
