1st floor entrance town home has a beautiful view of the golf course and landscaping. The unit is only steps from the pool. This villa is tastefully decorated and comfortable offering a relaxed atmosphere for the guests. The first floor features a living room, dining area, well equipped kitchen and breakfast nook which is an open concept & sliding doors lead out to the patio for relaxation & grilling out. The beautiful hardwood floors were redone a couple years ago, as well as the renovated half bath downstairs too! Once on the patio, you have a beautiful view of lush landscaping as well as the golf course.
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and features a private bath. The guest bedroom is comfortably furnished with two double beds. The bath is conveniently located in the hall along with a laundry area. Both upstairs bathrooms have a hair dryer for the guests' use and TVs.
Situated around beautiful fairways and manicured grounds, this town home community is only a short walk to golf, tennis and the beach. There is also easy access to the bike trails in Shipyard Plantation. This town home offers a spacious floor plan for the vacationing family, friends and golfers. Parking is directly in front of each town home. There are bike racks, private patios and a pool in the community for the exclusive enjoyment of The Greens' guests, parking passes are included with the rental. The unit is located in the heart of Shipyard Plantation, a quick walk to the beautiful beach and close to tennis at The Van Deer Mer Tennis Center which is a self pay amenity. Come & enjoy!

Fantastic plantation, great golf courses, bike paths, tennis and the beach.
The unit is close to tennis, the beach & the pool; the unit is in very nice condition. Visit this villa and it will become your home away from home; you will want to come back year after year. *There are 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and a wagon at the unit for guest, come and enjoy! *WE NOW HAVE A BEACH LOCKER FOR OUR GUESTS!!
We have stayed here for the past 3 years & it is just a great place with everything you need in the townhome. Close to all the fun stuff to do in Hilton Head. We plan on continuing to make this place out home away from home every year for vacation!

This was our 4th visit to Hilton Head and our first stay at The Greens in Shipyard. We were very impressed with the furnishings which were all very comfortable, and the multitude of beach style decorations were lovely. I have to say that the pictures do not do the unit justice. It's much larger and nicer than it shows in the photos! The storage shed outside was filled with beach toys, 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and most importantly, a large wagon that I used every day to haul all the "stuff" to the beach, which is 1/2 mile away. The wagon was the envy of everyone I passed on the bike trail that was carrying everything in their arms. The villa looks out on the golf course and was very quiet and peaceful. I especially liked the 2 story layout, with the bedrooms upstairs so that night owls could stay up late and watch TV downstairs without disturbing those trying to sleep. I also liked the small breakfast table that worked perfectly as an office since I had to work most mornings. We ate in a lot, so the grill and the large dining room table came in handy. For dining out, try Big Bamboo on Friday night (Beatles night), Truffles in Sea Pines for brunch, and Frankie Bones for dinner (make a reservation). My only complaint was the maintenance of the unit. Two out of the three toilets were running and needed new flappers. One toilet was shut off for 12 hours while waiting for repair! All 3 toilets also needed snaking, which is understandable after a summer of heavy use but was especially annoying for us since we were the ones that had to call in the repair. Since you move in late on Saturday and the hardware stores close at 5:00 and are not open on Sunday you might have to wait a long time for repairs. My suggestion is that you try to check in early and quickly check all the toilets, faucets, drains, etc to make sure they are working properly so you can get them fixed before 5:00 pm. I also suggest you bring (if you can) extra towels, TP, paper towels and garbage bags with you since housekeeping only supplies the bare minimum and you have to buy more as needed and prices are high on the island. All in all, a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back next year!
Tennis is located a very short walk away & the beach is also only a short walk approximately 5-7 minutes.
The rental comes with the use of a beach locker, so no lugging the beach items back and forth to the condo.
Fantastic complex pool, located within a minute walk from the beach.
