Great Weekend Get Away

  • 5 of 5

We spent a weekend at the Silver Tree house and have nothing but great things to say! The layout of the house was perfect for our group and having so many bedrooms and bathrooms made everything so easy, we were all together but able to separate and have some privacy as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all of our meals and the house had anything and everything we could have needed during our stay. The location of the house is ideal, we were far enough out of town to enjoy some peace and quiet but it was a quick and easy drive to main street. Dean did a great job communicating up to our check in date and had anything come up during our stay I am sure he would have taken care of it quickly! I would absolutely recommend this property.

The house was plenty big to accomodate out family. The views were spectacular. Hot tub was great.

The owner even came up in the morning to plow us out since it had snowed the night before. We did have an issue and the owner responded quickly. We would stay again.

Lovely cabin, close to everything in Estes Park!

  • 5 of 5

We came to Estes Park to celebrate our anniversary and our sons birthday. The cabin was exactly as pictured, the layout was great and we felt right at home. We played with a few board games, grilled out and we loved sitting in the hot tub! The elk were right across the street and we loved just listening to them bugle on the front part of the deck. The appliances were newer and worked perfectly. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

The home was very appealing.

  • 5 of 5

We liked all the comforts of the home. We tried out the fireplace which we enjoyed very much;as well as the hot tub on the outside patio. We tried the Jacuzzi on the upper level and it did not work right. The Hot water quit after about 1/3 full. We loved the total look and comforts and the way the house was decorated. We even had deer in the back yard which we enjoyed very much. We had a chance to hear Elk bugling and coyote howling on a few of the evenings of our stay. We diffently would recommend our experience at Silver Tree House to anyone. I thank you for sharing your very comfortable and cozy house with us.

The perfect home for the perfect week!

  • 5 of 5

We can't thank you enough for sharing your beautiful home with us! It was perfect for our large family and made a great base camp for Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder...and beautiful Estes Park!

The house is perfect and has everything you could possibly need. We never wanted for towels, pots and pans, appliances, etc. Everything you need is there! The owner is quick to help with any questions. We loved watching the wild life out back as we ate breakfast on the patio each day. We were even lucky enough to have a bobcat stroll by one morning! We all fell in love with the Rockies and hope to return soon!

Wonderful place for a large family

  • 5 of 5

Our experience has been great. The place is spacious with 3 levels allowing two families to both hang out together and yet have some quiet down time in the second living room in the basement. Everything worked including the wonderful hottub to soothe aches and pains after a day spent hiking. The kitchen is well equipped and the owner lives not far away should you need help with anything. We cooked 3 meals a day, indoors and outdoors and did not feel the kitchen missed anything important, it was all there for us to use. Location is wonderful, allowing quick access to RMNP including the Wild Basin and Longs Peak trails, actually the location is about as good as it gets in Estes Park and the neighborhood is small and quiet with wonderful star gazing at night. The kids loved the elks that would hang out in the back yard as well as the "mini" mountain for them to explore. We will be back.
