Walking distance to all South Beach attractions and shopping areas. No car necessary but if you do have one, valet parking is included for 1 car.

Plenty of drawer and hanging space for 2 people.

Balcony is 170 sq ft. Apartment is 900+ sq ft.

In 2015 this unit was completely gutted and all new walls, floors, ceiling, HVAC and plumbing was installed. The 1Hotel is selling apartments with this exact layout and view for $1.5 million and rental rates for this same room are $1,100 per night and more (depending on dates).

Having lived in the northeast all our lives we wanted a place to go to escape the snow and cold. We looked many places but the vibe and international flare of South Beach drew us to locating there. We spend our time both in South Beach and New England.

A paradise place in Miami !

Amazing apartment, best location, incredible view, outstanding services in the residence. Valet, swimming pool, direct beach access. Wonderful benefit to get free access to the hotel One, one of the best hotel in Miami. (Rooftop pool! )

Jerry Silver is a wonderful host and everything was PERFECT. Very well equiped, nice Silverware, excellent technical facilities, easy communication with the owner. I have none fault to find. Just rent this place !! You will never regret and never want to leave it ! Thank you Jerry for these wonderful holidays!!!

Worth the price

The condo is large and comfortable. The balcony is an ideal place for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

The building's location is close to all the good restaurants and clubs but far enough away from any late night boisterousness.

A room half the size next door at the Perry cost twice as much.

Condo staff were polite and helpful. Free valet parking is a plus.

Simply perfect

Perfect location-- safe building and the condo is gorgeous; tastefully decorated, large, comfortable and well stocked. The entire rental process was handled professionally and with ease.

I have stayed in South Beach dozens of times and know the area well. This particular area is perfect; walk to everything... Ocean & Lincoln Ave etc. If night life is your thing, you are smack in the middle of it. The W (Wall), The Gansenvoort, Mokai etc.
