No worries at Ladd Lighthouse as we provide you with everything you might need right down to High Speed Wire/Wireless DSL,house desk-top computer work station, DISH TV with brand NEW 50' FLAT SCREEN in Great Room, four (4) adult and two( 2) kids bicycles, a fenced yard for your four-legged friend, an outdoor hot/cold shower and 6-10 person formal outdoor dining area.
Cottage is professionally decorated in a very inviting nautical theme. Hard-scape landscape rock garden and paths along with the over-sized grass side lot for your pet or a family volleyball game. Located on a private street and right next door to a playground (with softball, soccer and basketball areas) and new skate park perfect for the kids!
If your coming down for business, a wedding or family gathering Ladd Lighthouse is less than 4 blocks from the King & Prince resort and some of the islands best resturants. Convenient and quaint! Tabby, oyster shell, beach house cottage. Newer, three-bedroom, two full bath cottage professionally decorated by Generoso Interiors with large family room/great room with wood-burning fireplace. Full-Size gourmet kitchen with all appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils provided. Eat-in kitchen/dinette eats 6-8 and pub table eats an additional 4 , patio porch with 6-10 seat outdoor dining, and full laundry facilities.
Family room has queen-sized sleeper sofa and large color television/VCR/DVD/CD. Local phone, house desk-top computer work station with printer and fax machine, and WIRE/WIRELESS HIGH SPEED DSL LINE. DISH TV provided with FL local stations with brand NEW 50' FLAT SCREEN TV in Great Room. Large double lot is fenced for extra privacy and pet owners.
Bedrooms - large master suite with king-sized bed, twin daybed, private bath, garden tub, shower, TV/VCR/DVD, and vanity area. Second bedroom with queen-sized bed, full size infant crib and ample closet space. Third bedroom equipped with queen-sized bed and a toy box for visiting little ones. We have all you need for infants and toddlers. High chair, baby swing, pack-n-play and crib.
Easy, short (less than 1/2 mile) and fast walk to King and Prince Resort and adjoining public beach access. Walk to Crabdaddy's for the best shrimp grits in the nation or put the grand kids in the bike trailer and bike down Arnold Street less than four blocks to the public beach access. Located just off the corner of Demere and Mallery, Demere Park is located just outside your front door with baseball, soccer, basketball fields, and playground for the children. Outdoor gas Bar-B-que grill, hot/cold outdoor shower and owners would gladly loan you a pair of their bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas etc.
Basic starter linens are provided all we ask is that you please bring your own beach towels. Ladd Lighthouse is a NON-SMOKING cottage. Please let the owner know if you will require more than two vehicles per stay. Cottage can accomodate no more than 6-8 persons comfortably (in beds) for sleeping arrangements.
Please let the owner know if you would like to bring a Motorcycle, Boat, Camper, RV or Atv type vehicle so she can be neighborly and inform the neighbors.
Ladd Lighthouse is minutes (less than one mile) to the village lighthouse, pier and shopping areas. You will not find a more family friendly or PET friendly place at these rates on south SSI.

House is considered open until deposit form received via snail mail.
Guests are asked to adhere to co-op like departure policy and pay $150 in cleaning fees. Linens provided but linen service not provided.
Security deposit with signed deposit form required to reserve dates. Rental fees, taxes, pet fees and cleaning fees if applicable are due one week prior to occupancy, personal checks only. We do not do enough volume for VISA. Family owners so you deal direct with owners of property for everything.
