Our home sits on site #301 in Ocean Lakes Family Campground. It is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath elevated house with a full kitchen, dining room, outside breakfast alcove, den, master bedroom and master bath located on the first level with decks wrapping on three sides of the first level. Interior flooring on the first level is either hardwood flooring or ceramic tile. The upper level has the remaining three bedrooms and baths along with a sitting area and it's own private deck as well. All bedrooms are equipped with TV's and connect to a bathroom. Flooring on the upper level is hardwood. The home has two heat pumps one for each level with individually controlled thermostats. The TV in the den has a DVR as well as a stereo with speakers on the deck. Deck has an outdoor bar with flat screen tv, refrigerator and grille. Lots of room for entertaining.
There is also a deck over Magnolia lake on the ground level with swing chairs, outdoor seating and a private shower, and is ideal for fishing in the lake from the deck itself. Bring your fishing poles and enjoy the lake or surf. Rent a golf cart or bring your bikes. We are two blocks from the beach and our decks offer a beautiful lake and unobstructed ocean view. Ocean Lakes is everything you could ask for in a family vacation. A gated community with almost a mile of beachfront, Olympic size outdoor pool and an indoor heated pool, kiddie water play area with fountains and mounted squirt guns, two playgrounds, basketball, shuffle board, a snack shop that serves fast food and ice cream, shaded picnic areas, and plenty of room for sun bathing. Also there is a recreation building where you can find scheduled activities for young and old alike (bingo, ceramics, arts and crafts). It even includes a new arcade with over 80 games. There is a grocery store and gift shop for everyday needs.
Security is 24/7 and we do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age. Anyone violating this or any other Ocean Lakes rules will be asked to leave immediately WITHOUT REFUND.
We require a $450 security deposit to hold the reservation, with the 50% due within 60 days of reservation and remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival. If the house is left undamaged and neat and clean we will refund your security deposit within 10 days of check-out.
In addition to rental rate a cleaning fee of $175.00 is required.

Great vacation rental! The home provided plenty of space, clean, great decks for family gathering and very comfortable.The home is much nicer than the pictures. We also had a two year old with us and were very pleased to find baby gates and railing around decks and lake. Special thank you to David for his kindness and great customer service. Look forward to renting the property again in the future.
We have been vacationing at Ocean Lakes each summer for the past 6 years and this is by far the best house we have stayed in. Pictures do not portray the beauty of this house. Each bedroom has its own sink/vanity area, which comes in handy when there are large families. The house was very clean when we arrived and the owners were great to work with. We will definitely be staying in this house again!
I cannot leave enough positive comments about this house. The pictures don't come close to showing how beautiful this house is, and the outside is even better than the inside. We spent most nights of our vacation watching ducks, turtles, swans, etc from the decks that overlook Magnolia Lake. The fishing was awesome from the bottom deck that literally touches the water. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were more than adequately stocked, and we had plenty of outdoor seating for our family. We were very pleased and will definitely try to rent this property in the future!
