1. The Premier location on the beach, located at the most preferred location on the Alabama Coast at Perdido Pass - Direct gulf front views, plus views of Perdido Pass (which is the entry point for all boats to enter the Gulf of Mexico from the back bays.)

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION makes this complex the best in the area! This building is low density, direct gulf front and the closest beach condominiums to Alabama Point (all boat traffic has access to the Gulf from here) Relax and enjoy watching sailboats, power boats, charter boats, and sometimes even a 'pirate ship' glide in the glistening water. Fishermen also love this location because they can walk to the stone jetty and fish from the shore.

The beach here is also the most preferred in the area due to it being the widest from buildings to shoreline, so there is more than enough space for relaxing or playing. Chairs and umbrellas are available that can be rented for the day. After a day at the beach, premier shopping and dining opportunities abound, all within a short drive. 'The Wharf' is a premier shopping and dining area that has everything from the big name amphitheater concerts to the huge signature Ferris wheel!


Our building is next door to the hotel, so the conference center is within walking distance. The biggest advantage of our condo vs. the hotel rooms is how much more you get for the $$$!!! Some of the advantages are listed below:

Even though the building has the advantage of low density, it has many amenities. Indoor and outdoor pools, kid's splash pad, gazebo, BBQ area, fitness room, hot tub, sauna, lobby with a flat screen TV, tennis, and a basketball court are all on site.


UPGRADES GALORE make this an exceptional unit!

THE FOLLOWING UPGRADES HAVE JUST BEEN COMPLETED IN 2015, 2016 & 2017: Unlike most of the other two bedroom units in this building, the kitchen cabinetry in this unit has been reconfigured to accommodate a stainless steel refrigerator which is full sized (versus the typical apartment sized). The refrigerator also features the elegant side by side design, with in-door icemaker dispenser. The living/dining/kitchen area has been updated with fresh colors and paint, new furniture, and area rug. The master bedroom has a new flat screen TV hanging above a new dresser. Both baths have new cabinetry, elegant stone quartz countertops, new cabinet pulls and faucets. The master has a double vanity with two undermounted sinks. NEW IN 2017: The second bath has a new tub/shower combo, tile surround, designer glass mosaic accent, with new faucet and spa shower head. A similar renovation is planned for the master walk-in shower later in 2017.

The kitchen has upgraded cabinetry with whimsical sea creature nickel door pulls and stone quartz counter tops and tile backsplash. This elegant look is finished with all stainless steel appliances, which includes a glass cook top and full-sized refrigerator with in-door ice dispenser.

The flooring of the entire unit and the balcony is tastefully tiled with a large faux stone look. Heavy wood moldings and double paneled wood doors with nickel hardware immediately make the impression of a very stylish unit.

The updated furnishings and unique beach decor give the feeling of sand and sea throughout the unit, with designer colors and white wood plantation shutters. The newly furnished living area is very comfortable with a new 48' LED TV. There is also a Blu-ray DVD player, stereo receiver, and surround sound in-wall system to enjoy movies or music. The oversized coffee table is perfect for playing family games.

Large windows provide a great view of the beach and water from both the living area and the master bedroom. Entry to the balcony is possible from both rooms. The fourth floor balcony is the perfect vantage point for beach and pool viewing as well as possibly catching some of the 'free' outdoor entertainment from the hotel conference center next door, such as concerts or fireworks.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with thick memory foam top and a 42' plasma flat screen TV. In wall speakers connect to the stereo system in the living area. The master bath has a large separate vanity area with two sinks, and the bath area has a large walk-in shower with bench. The second bedroom has two queen beds with a 32' HDTV with DVD player, and a private bath. The master bedroom and both baths have had recent major upgrades (please see detailed description above)

About The Owner

We own and self-manage two units, a one bedroom, "Orange Beach Time" (293731) and a two bedroom, "Orange Beach Retreat" (292973), both on the same floor and in the same building. We are locals, which also gives our guests a great advantage when staying in our units. Since we are close by, we can easily "stay on top" of the maintenance and care of our units. Our close proximity also means that our guests get immediate attention when needed while staying in our units. Due to our work schedule, email is the best and fastest way to contact us for inquiries or reservations; contact information and phone numbers will be provided at time of booking.

Wonderful time!!

Stayed here on a 4 night weekend. Easy to find. Excellent location. Shopping and dining close by. Recommend the stuffed fish or the steak at The Steamer restaurant across the street. Delicious!! Although the pictures are accurate they don't do it justice. Beautiful!! Owners are great! Answered any questions promptly. Loved watching the boats come and go thru the pass. All kinds and sizes. Got to see dolphins everyday too!! Recommend The Fun Boat Dolphin Cruise. Very friendly and family oriented. Two pools, inside and outside, plus a hot tub inside. Good looking exercise room(although we didn't use it). Wasn't crowded at all. Would definitely like to stay here again! Thanks Barbara for such a great place!!

We booked this condo rather at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised to get such a good rate. We'd never been to Orange Beach, and all in all found it to be very nice. We liked the 4th floor location as it offered some very nice views of the beach and boats. The one thing that bothered us a little bit, but it has nothing to do with this particular unit, was the banging of the pool gates all day long, sometimes late into the night. It seems to me that might easily be fixed with a spring-loaded gate. The unit was very nicely furnished, finally a kitchen where I could find every utensil and knife I needed, and very nice to have flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, allowing our four kids to spread out and do their thing. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. All around a great condo I'd highly recommend.

Can't say enough nice things about our stay and this unit! IT WAS PERFECT! Owners are really great and super easy to work with. Even answered a late night phone call when we arrived and couldn't quite get in and was genuinely concerned. First time staying with them and any of the Phoenix's but we will definitely return! Felt as if we were at home.

Beautiful Room

i made a last minute decision to head to the beach for a long weekend. The owners were so helpful with my last minute booking of the condo. Not only were the owners wonderful but the condo was perfect! it has everything you need and is very clean. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting this unit again.

Fall Break-Excelent Experience!

My family and my first trip to Orange Beach. The condo was beautiful and has the most amazing views! Very clean and nicely furnished! Communication with the owner was excellent and everything was easy to arrange! Because of the great accommodations and beautiful beach, we hope to return for another visit! Highly recommended!
