Come and enjoy this cozy quiet 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house located just 7-8 blocks from downtown St. Augustine. This renovated 2 story home is 2014 sq. ft. with a fenced back yard with 2 decks, upper and lower to enjoy cool evening breezes and BBQ'S. The 1st level feature includes a trendy decorative living room with a television, a dining room that seats 6-8. The kitchen has black appliances, and wood floors for most of downstairs. Also, the master bedroom has a nice comfortable queen size bed with a television and a full bathroom, there is also a half bathroom with a stack-able washer and dryer. The 2nd level feature includes 3 bedrooms, 2 with a queen size beds, the other with a full size bed and , a sitting room with a full size sofa sleeper and TV. The den also has a TV and is opened to a closed in porch so kids can play rain or shine. There is also a full size bathroom upstairs. There is nearby a public pool withYMCA lifeguards 1/4 mile from home and a nearby park with tennis courts 1 mile.

This Home is close to most of the historic downtown attractions and restaurants of St. Augustine. Take a trolley, a romantic horse & buggy ride, or even rent scooters to view the city. Summer months come and observe the many art galleries during our art festivals. Whether you're young or old there is something for everyone to enjoy.

About Faye

Hi we are a loving couple, married for over 30 yrs and enjoy flipping house.

We renovated this one in 2005 to sell but instead decided to rent it. We hope it brings your family some fun memories as it has ours.

Why Faye chose St. Augustine

You will love Lincolnville's history. Our family business is down the street called the corner-market One side consists of bakery goods, health foods and quick stop conveniences and the other side is the barbershop and another section is a clothing boutique. The building itself has a lot of history. This is a very quiet neighborhood and the people are great.The backyard also gives you some privacy. Mom also is around the corner and man she bakes delicious cake which they sell sometimes in the market down the street check it out.

What makes this house unique

I fell in love with the porches on this home especially in the front because you can sit and meditate or watch people walking their dog.. Also their is off street parking.

The home was furnished in a way that provided an option of having privacy if you wanted it, or if all 7 of us wanted to hang out together there was space for that as well. Very roomy, plenty options for my 87 year old mother down to my 5 year old grandson. My Mom enjoyed sitting on the front porch, she said the neighborhood was very quiet. She enjoyed hearing the church bells. I myself loved the second floor porch with the padded lounge chairs chilling out there under the stars after a long day in the city. The house is within walking distance of Tram Stop at the Distillery, which made it convenient.

I did not get to meet the owner, but every time I texted a question she got right back to me. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay special.

Charming house in a historic part of town

This house had so much to offer. Lots of space for a big family, all the amenities that you need. They even had a pack n play for babies. This house is in an older part of the town, but so much is being done on the homes in the area. It's a short walk to the distillery where you can pick up the tram to tour around St Augustine. I highly recommend staying here

Amazing Accommodations & Location!

The accommodations were great as we had 6 adults and a 9 month old and there was more than enough room inside & out. 3 living rm / tv areas (2 up, 1 down), adult dining table next to kids dining table, 2 deck/patio (1 up, 1 down), sun room for kids play area, front shaded patio (good for reading), and fire pit area out back.

The owner, Faye, responded promptly prior and during our visit so no question went unanswered!

It's the perfect location to walk around & explore all St Augustine has to offer. We highly recommend The Blue Hen Cafe for breakfast & lunch (get there early to avoid the wait). The Ice Plant is great for lunch & dinner (FYI they only serve brunch menu on Sat/Sun). The location is very close to main roads as well which made commuting incredibly easy even on the Holiday.

It was great having the pack-n-play provided as we only had to pack our quilted sheet and there was a little wooden table where our little could sit up while we fed him so no high-chair needed!

There was some construction next door on a house renovation that began between 7-8AM each weekday; however, we were all mostly awake by then.
