This was a great place to stay in Maui. It is centrally located. Great being right across the street from Kamaole Beach 111, walking distance to many great beaches and places to eat. This property was very comfortable to stay in with everything we needed. It was a nice quiet end unit. The only noise were the happy birds for an hour at sunrise and sunset. Nice having beach gear available. The only thing needed is a new beach chair. We just took the one newer beach chair along with us until our last beach day and noticed both red chairs were disintegrating. One had a broken shoulder strap and the other one had the seat nearly torn off. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely plan to stay here on future trips to Maui!

Overall, this is a great apartment! It's very clean and modern. The location is great! You got a garden view from it. We chose it on purpose to get away from the pool (more privacy). Another interesting fact, the balcony never gets too sunny-- some of the units our friends stayed at the other side gets really sunny in the afternoon.

We enjoyed this condo for many reasons. It is a clean and updated lovely condo in a good location. The AC was quiet and very efficient when needed. We have stayed in many other units at Kamaole Sands and this was the best one of all! It really is quiet which we found intersting as not all units are. The managment company was quite professional and check in was a breeze. There is really not one thing I could say as far a a negative for this condo. We enjoyed our time there and made many memories as it was our 44th wedding anniversary. Mahalo for sharing your lovely condo with us! Aloaha

Kamaole Sands is very conveniently located to take advantage of all South Maui has to offer. The property grounds are beautifully kept.

What makes this condo unique

The unit has been nicely renovated and includes a 46 inch flat screen T.V. with BluRay player, and air conditioning units in the living room and the bedroom. It is in the heart of all South Maui has to offer. It is well situated on the property on the inner courtyard in building 7, #210.
