There is also plenty of parking space for RVs and trailers. A brand new deck with picnic table, lawn chairs and grill is located in the backyard.

Jerome, an interesting artist community nestled on the side of a mountain, is nearby. Wupatki Indian Ruins, Sunset Crater, Meteor Crater, the Painted Desert, and the Petrified Forest each make a nice day trip, as well as the Verde Valley Railway and Grand Canyon Railway rides. The Grand Canyon is also easily a day trip. Take the kids to Out of Africa close by for a fun day with the wild animals. Really nice stay.

Nothing fancy, but the place had ample room, and everything we needed to enjoy our visit in the beautiful red rock area. I would recommend this place.

Roomy, comfortable, quiet, lots of little extras.

  • 5 of 5

We needed a place to crash for a few nights while visiting family. Our family of 5 requires 2 hotel rooms so this was a wonderful and cost effective alternative. It's clean, spacious, has full laundry, even a gas grill on the back patio. The owners were so nice to interact with. We really appreciated them leaving the AC on before we arrived. The property is easy to find as well.

It was perfect and met all our needs.

This was the first time we rented a home like this. The whole family was able to be together and we had a blast. Everything we needed and then some was how we felt about the property. We would definitely be coming back to stay there.

Nice place to stay, near the Sedona/Red rock area.

  • 4 of 5

We booked this as a base for attending the annual rodeo in Prescott. We were looking for affordable and convenience. It was within an hour drive of the rodeo and it was also close to a state park as well as Sedona. The home was clean and maintained. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The only negative was my daughter and granddaughter complained about the hard mattresses in the back bedrooms. Other than that we had a nice time.

Comfortable and Pleasant Stay

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I stayed at the property while in town to participate in a half-marathon. The property had everything we needed to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. It was very conveniently located, in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all parts of the town of Cottonwood. I would recommend this property for anybody looking to spend a weekend in the area.
