Situated on the 9th hole of the Turtle Point Golf Course and nestled beneath gorgeous Live Oaks, 13 Angler Hall is a golfers retreat. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Kiawah Island, the homes design elements, which include vaulted ceilings, walls of windows, and skylights, all contribute to a feeling of bringing the outdoors in.

The home's open floor plan allows the huge living room to easily flow into the modern kitchen and dining room. Furnishings include over-stuffed sofas and chairs, flat screened TV's, and a dining table seating ten. The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops, duel wall ovens, six-burner gas stove, over-sized refrigerator, counter seating with four bar stools, for plus an island with seating for two. A sun-room off the kitchen offers an intimate sitting space. A large deck runs along the entire back of the house.

The large king master suite is located on the main level. It's private bath includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower, duel sink vanity, and skylights. Upstairs are two queen bedrooms, each with private bath. For additional sleeping, a sitting area between the bedrooms offers a daybed with trundle. All bedrooms have flat screened TV's. Perfect for children, over the garage is a large bedroom with a game table, TV, sitting area, and private bathroom. This room included two twin beds and a queen size bed.

This is a pet-friendly rental unit. Some restrictions may apply (breed, number of pets, and size or weight). Please email us to confirm that your pet(s) meet the owner’s requirements. If pet is approved, there is a $125 non-refundable pet fee that will be added to the reservation. Please remember to select this option when booking online.

Great House

Our family stays on Kiawah each year at Christmas and have tried many different houses. This one was at the top of the list; clean, modern and convenient. Everyone had sufficient space for the week and at the end of the stay, we all agreed that it was one that we will rent again next year.

Great Floorplan!

Our daughter got married at the Sanctuary the weekend we were there so it was nice having a home close by to host family and friends. Great memories were made that week! The open floor plan was great for visiting with family and friends!

My husband and I have been staying at Kiawah for years, but decided to rent a house for the first time. It was a great experience. I was looking for a rental property that I could return to with friends in the future. This house was great, spacious and in a great location. Sweetgrass properties were very accomodating to our needs. I would highly recommend this property

With more than 10,000 natural wooded acres and 10 miles of pristine beaches, Kiawah is an island to be explored. And explore you will. Kiawah boasts five championships golf courses. Of course, the crown jewel is the famed Ocean Course. Known for it’s unrelenting play, the course was site of the 1991 Ryder Cup, the 2007 Senior PGA Championship and site of the 2012 PGA Championship. If golf isn’t your game, Kiawah was recently ranked #1 by Tennis Magazine in its list of the “Greatest US Tennis Resorts.” There are several different restaurants that Kiawah has to offer, as well. The Bohicket Marina is nearby where you can rent boats, fishing charters, boat charters, kayak rentals, etc. Freshfields Village contains your local grocery store and many shops and restaurants.
