The beach is across the street and many island amenities are within a short bike ride. Blending into one space, the living room, dining room, and kitchen combine to make the perfect place to gather. For more intimate seating, the home offers a sunroom perfect for reading or playing games, plus a media room with comfortable leather seating and a large flat screened TV. The eclectic decor is a blend of modern and antique. Exterior renovations completed in 2014, the bright kitchen features marble counter tops, a farmhouse sink, double wall ovens, and stainless steel appliances.

Each of the 5 bedrooms includes a private bath and TV. The first of two king suites features a new bathroom with a double sink vanity in the dressing area and a large tiled walk-in shower plus soaking tub. Both guest bedrooms offer two double beds each. The room over the garage with three double beds is perfect for kids or extended family.

The highlight of this home is the amazing outdoor space. Situated on a large wooded lot, there is plenty of parking on the circular driveway. Beautiful Kiawah beaches are across the street. The private backyard is the ideal setting for the new swimming pool and expansive sundeck. Final touches include a stainless steel grill and fire pit.

Great Kiawah rental

We have rented this spacious home several times for good reasons! The house is perfect for our extended family because of its size, proximity to the beach, and pool on the property. We plan to return in the future

Your Team is Great

This year Sarah took care of us and did very nice job. Love how y'all communicate so well. And even though there were ongoing issues with the HVAC on this house, it was relatively painless this year. And when we had no gas to heat the water, she got us fixed ASAP. LOTS of favorite features: One floor layout, Privacy, Neighborhood & Proximity to beach, upgraded and open kitchen, dog friendly, and DVR system so nice. Fall family vacation

Perfect house for our family! We had three children under the age of five and the floor plan worked perfectly! The easy beach access was fantastic! So easy to go back and forth from the house to the beach!

Of course, the crown jewel is the famed Ocean Course. If golf isn’t your game, Kiawah was recently ranked #1 by Tennis Magazine in its list of the “Greatest US Tennis Resorts.” There are several different restaurants that Kiawah has to offer, as well. The Bohicket Marina is nearby where you can rent boats, fishing charters, boat charters, kayak rentals, etc. Freshfields Village contains your local grocery store and many shops and restaurants.
