Welcome to Casa Nicho, our home in Santa Fe! This two story condo/townhouse is a comfortable 1700 ft^2 to host you and your gathering. The reviews say it all.

It is within walking distance to some of the most popular restaurants and attractions in Santa Fe! Whether you decide to take a leisurely stroll on the weekend to the Farmer's Market in the Railyard, or to a local restaurant and hot spot...the choice is yours! It's a FIVE MINUTE WALK to Railyard and an additional 10 MINUTE WALK TO THE PLAZA...less than a mile to the Plaza.

When you enter the home you will notice the old world brick floors throughout the lower level, and the luxury furnishings and decor throughout. The open floor plan allows for large gatherings of friends and family. Upstairs you will find a large master suite with private balcony, guest bedroom with twin beds and its own private bath, and large laundry room.

This was our first vacation with our 4-month baby boy. We enjoyed the museums and the Aspen Vista trail. The restaurants were great, but especially Muda Noodles on Cerillos, featuring excellent Thai food, our stay here was very comfortable!

This beautiful townhouse is a pleasure, because of the lovely decor and perfect condition, and the convenient location. We also appreciated the fact that it was fragrance-free. It was so nice to come home to at the end of a day of sightseeing etc, as the townhouse has everything one could want to be comfortable. We loved it!

Exceeded Expectations

The online photos were extremely accurate. The accommodations were excellent with beautiful furnishings, finishes and ample supplies. From the moment we turned the key, we felt comfortable and at "home". It was a great location for day trip travel access and easy walking distance to the Rail Yard. We highly recommend this rental.

Annual Sister Trip 2017 to Santa Fe was amazing!

We loved Casa Nicho -- very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was just a short walk to the Railyard where we took the free shuttle to downtown. Even though the property was very close to busy St. Frances Blvd., we were never bothered by traffic noise. Two outdoor patios were very private. My sisters and I loved this year's trip to Santa Fe!

Wonderful Sante Fe Retreat

Our stay was perfect. This condo is as lovely as the photos , the entire home is decorated in a S West feel and the space for a family of 4 was great. The location is far enough away from the Plaza to be restful , but also easy to walk to. The parking on site was appreciated.
