Unparalleled quality, this condo features a newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops and all the conveniences of home! This two bedroom, two bathroom condo features modern decor and great views of the pool. Well maintained, with new and modern furnishings, you can't help but fall in love with this little piece of paradise.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed and the second bedroom can be set up with a king sized bed or 2 twin beds. A sofa bed can be used for addition guests (to a maximum of 6). Eat your meals in the dining area on our gorgeous Koa wood dining table or enjoy the warm Maui evenings by eating out on the lanai. The lanai has its own private BBQ.
Located on the ground floor, you will have easy access to the gardens, pool and hot tub, and there are two lit tennis courts close by in the Kaanapali Royal complex.
Kaanapali Royal is a beautiful condominium resort located on the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course. The Kaanapali Beach Resort features two championship golf courses, a three mile long sandy beach, and Whaler’s Village, a popular restaurant and shopping complex. We are just a few minutes walk from the beach and Whaler’s Village.

We live in Vancouver, BC and travel to Maui 2 or 3 times a year. We love sharing our little piece of paradise with others and we're sure you'll be happy if you stay in one of our condos!

Why Owner chose Kaanapali
We originally chose to purchase on Maui in order to escape Vancouver's rain. Its proximity to the mainland and reliable climate made it an ideal choice. We love Kaanapali because of it's size; it's quiet, yet there are so many options for great dining and wonderful beaches nearby. We purchased this particular unit after owning the neighbouring condo for 5 year and needing extra space for our growing family. The place became available and we couldn't resist being able to have room for our kids and grandkids when we all want to go together. It's perfect for a family getaway!

This condo is wonderful! It is nicely decorated, well stocked with everything you could want and the location is great! We rented J101 and J102 and they were both just perfect.
Wonderful vacation home
Thank you for sharing your vacation rental with my family and I (4 adults and 2 children). We really enjoyed the home and found it very welcoming and large enough for our family. The location was great and found the trolley system very useful in getting up and down the hill after a long day at the beach. Everything was walking distance! The location to the pool was also fantastic as my children are little fish and could not get enough. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to Maui!
Loved staying here! Location is perfect - walking distance to Whalers village and kaanapali beach, but without the crowds of staying there! Two bedrooms is perfect for our family and unit is stocked with everything you would need to get settled right at home! Our third visit staying here and can't wait to return!
The best condo we've stayed at in Hawaii
We have stayed at least seven condo's in our twelve trips to the islands. Location great, eleven minute walk to the Whaler and Kaanapali beach. Close to the pool and office. Ground floor, but one flight of stairs down from parking lot. Stacie was a pleasure to work with. Kitchen pantry and bathrooms were well stocked, even had sun tan lotion. I would recommend staying here. We stayed two weeks.
Comfortable home away from home!
Our family has just returned from the spring break in Maui. We really enjoyed our staying at the unit – it was a comfortable home away from home! Everyone especially loved it so close to the pool yet without much poolside noise. I can see our kids having a blast in the pool from inside the house. The unit is tastefully decorated, well-kept, and very spacious. The newly updated kitchen is well equipped for us to make and enjoy home meals. It was a great place to relax after active beach days. It was also very conveniently located, within walking distance to Ka'anapali Beach beach, Black Rock, and Whalers Village (save the parking hassle in crowded mornings and pleasant stroll to shops and eateries in the evening time). Stacie was great to work with –quick responses, detail instructions, and sent us useful information for the trip. Would definitely recommend this condo.

We were excited to return to Maui and glad to get a booking over Easter!
The unit was wonderful. Very close access to the pool - go right out the patio doors. Perfect for our young children! There was a lot of room inside for us to be comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need to eat in for a week. The spices in the pantry were handy too!
BBQ on the lanai was great - we BBQ'd most evenings.
Easy access to walking paths and whalers village. For us, we like it a little quieter and being off the beach was perfect. But still close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, activities.
Parking was always easy to find and close by.
We had a few small issues with the unit, but Stacie was readily available and we got them sorted out quickly.
We will definately return to this unit at this property!

A 30% deposit is due upon booking. Payment can be made, upon request by PayPal, otherwise we will expect to receive a USD cheque or bank draft. The balance is due 1 month prior to your arrival, and payments must be made by USD cheque or bank draft. If the booking is made within one month of arrival, the full amount owing is due at booking.
