This is a 2nd floor condo with stair access only.

I live out of state, but wanted a vacation getaway in a warm climate that I could use and rent out.

Our condo, located at Citi on Camelback, is centrally located. We like the size & layout of the unit and the fact that it has a private garage, it is a secure gated community and has upscale amenities.

What makes this condo unique

We are so centrally located and close to the freeways (SR 51, I-10, I-17) that it's easy to get to the airport (10 min), Scottsdale (15 min), downtown (5 min) and any sports venues (US Airways Center-Suns basketball, University of Phoenix Stadium-Cardinals football; Chase Field-Diamondbacks baseball, Jobing, Arena-Cyotes hockey or other attractions including the Desert Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Zoo, Heard Museum, Phoenix Art Museum, just to name a few. When you are not busy seeing the sights or taking in a sporting event you may relax in the pool, hot tub or use the fitness center at our complex.

Perfect place with space!

This condo was perfect for our stay in Phoenix! It's a spacious clean quiet place that is tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Great to have a garage. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with.

This place couldnt feel more like home. I absolutely loved it. They thought of everything. I had to extend my stay die to weather and they made the accomodation simple and easy.

Great place to stay - looks as good in real life as in the pictures

We had a great time in Phoenix and were happy with our choice of a place to stay. This condo is as nice looking as in the pictures. The kitchen is well-equiped and the unit had everything we needed. We enjoyed the community swimming pool and used the gas barbeques by the pool. Being on Camelback Road was very convenient. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony and just relaxing.

This Condo is perfect for family vacation (took my family of 5, including 3 children all under the age of 10) or friends get away. Celeste is an exceptional owner, and extremely friendly and helpful in every way. Very reasonably priced as well... close to everything you need, or want to do. Definitely coming back

Fantastic place to stay in Phoenix

My husband and 2 year old recently traveled to Phoenix for a family wedding. We decided to rent Randy & Celeste's condo to avoid staying at a hotel because our toddler isn't a great sleeper. We are so happy that we did. The condo was perfect. It was beautifully decorated and very quiet and calm. We really appreciated the pack n' play that Randy and Celeste let us use (along with sheets for it) and the very close garage parking space (we didn't think about it until we got there but having a garage space is nice to avoid a hot car in the Phoenix sunny heat). We also appreciated with binder with information that Randy and Celeste keep in the condo. We got up really early one morning due to the time change and found a very close and fantastic hike in the binder. That hike ending up being the highlight of our trip. Thanks Randy and Celeste!
