About the property

House, 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Our property is located in one of the more desirable areas of historic St. Augustine. It is one block from the bay front and right in front of the Historic St. Augustine National Cemetery, ideal for those interested in the hugely popular ghost tours. The house was built in 2006, but looks as if it has been around since the days of Ponce De Leon. In fact, the house was designed in the Spanish Colonial style to look like the Mi Casa Restaurant located on St. George Street.

The family room contains a 50 inch high definition TV with a DVD player and Bose surround-sound stereo system. Enjoy the views from the second story porch which is accessible by both bedrooms. The front room allows for both dining and relaxing. A remotely operated gate provides privacy to the patio as well as the off-street parking. Restaurants and shopping are within easy

Guestbook comments from the owner

Just a note to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your house. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and made our stay so much more enjoyable. We always enjoy St. Augustine. This was our first time there during the Christmas season and the lights are beautiful.

Perfect St. Augustine Property

  • 5 of 5

We recently stayed in this home on our first trip to St. Augustine. The location was perfect. It is a short walk to restaurants and historic sites, but in a quiet, less traveled area across from the beautiful National Cemetery. The house was well-appointed and the kitchen well-stocked with cookware and dishes. The house had plenty of room for our two almost-grown children to have their own space. We enjoyed eating on the back patio, having a drink on the balcony outside of our bedroom, and viewing historic homes as we walked to and from the central historic district.

My family really enjoyed this house and the location. We loved the historic feel of the house and the location was perfect. The owner makes excellent recommendations for dining out and there is so many activities within walking distance.

Amazing home and Location

  • 5 of 5

What a beautiful home and location which was well maintained and clean. Loved being in the heart of the historic section and in a modern home. Was like stepping back in time with modern conveniences. So much to do there and even though stayed a week wasn't nearly enough time to see all the city has to offer.

The owner was also fantastic to work with. He would go above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and the visit was a enjoyable one.

I cant say enough of how much we enjoyed the trip and would highly recommend this property!

My Favorite City

  • 5 of 5

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine in this beautiful house. It was beautifully decorated and so clean. We walked everywhere and took in all the sights. We enjoyed Memorial Day at the National Guard from our balcony. The owners were so helpful and prompt in answering any questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Convenient Location in Historic District

  • 5 of 5

This is the second time we have rented this property for a month, and we are booked to come back next year as well. This well maintained single family home is located in the downtown historic district within walking distance of all of the major attractions in Old St. Augustine.

Private off-street parking is a plus, but we rarely take the car out except to go to the beach or to one of the restaurants on the island. Thus an ideal location also for someone visiting St. Augustine without a car. Home is located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood consisting of an interesting mix of private homes. Owners live locally and are immediately responsive to any concerns.

Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house location was perfect we could walk downtown and close to just about everything in St. Augustine

There is a wholesale seafood shop about 1 mile away where we got fresh shrimp and had shrimp & grits for breakfast. I would get up in the mornings and walk across the bridge to the Natural Food shoppe for a smoothie. I really felt like a St. Augustine resident rather than a tourist. Definitely planning on a return trip. The home was lovely and well decorated.
