Thanx for checking out my apartment!! My apt is truly quite spacious and comfortable! Located in an area that is super central and near tons of tourist attractions yet not in a touristy area. You will get great neighborhood restaurants and bars as well as chic trendy ones as well!
Walk down the block to the park for a burger at one of the best places in the city, Shake Shack or check out the antique markets on the block. Sometimes there are great art events too!
Go for Amazing shopping down Fifth Avenue and end up in Union Square to check out the weekend Outdoor Green market or eat at any one of the restaurants surrounding it. Or you could take a few min walk up 6th avenue and end up by Macys 34th St and do shopping east and west of that. Up a little further your at TIMES SQUARE!
If you need to venture out further your near almost ALL the subways. Or take a cab, also quite an experience :)
Either way you slice it, your in the middle of it all!!
Thanx for stopping in!

Grew up here and love my neighborhood, it gets better by the day!
Myself and 3 friends stayed here for 4 nights at the start of September travelling over from London, England. Here are a few great things about this apartment and service: 1. LOCATION - literally around the corner from the Flatiron Building and next to a friendly/safe park. Plus a Subway station 2 minutes walk away and walking distance of the Empire State, Times Square if you fancy. 2. FRIENDLY AND SAFE SERVICE - Upon arrival we were met by Winston, who is a genuine guy and really helped us out on the last day when our friend returned to the apartment after checkout and aloud him to use the shower facilities. Plus Winston and his friend keep their eyes on the security cam throughout the day to make you feel even safer in what is a safe and friendly area of Manhattan. Tonya was also very helpful too and is available at any time if you need anything 3. THE APARTMENT - It would comfortably sleep 5 people maybe 6 if two don't mind getting cosy on the sofa bed and the layout is great. Towels, glasses, cutlery, wide screen TV etc provided even though we ate out each day it was good to know they were there in case 4. PLACES TO EAT NEARBY - Shake Shack in Madison Park is great for burgers and shakes, there is also a great breakfast diner called Jonny's up the street heading towards 7th Avenue - best New York breakfast around, small and doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is great! 5.TIPS - The wifi is really slow and temperamental in the apartment but over the road is a fast food chicken restaurant with FREE fast wifi. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE!
This was a cozy loft. My family of 5 aren't used to sleeping so close but we did really well
And had a blast! The decor was different than the pictures but whatever. Im not a nit picker and it worked out for us for the few days we were there. The door knob did fall off a few times and my husband had to fix it as best as he could. Good price for what it was and would refer!
This loft was just what my parents and I needed! For 3 of us it was the perfect amount of space. It was great to find a place that had two actual beds, not one bed and a pull out couch (even though it has that also). Overall the apartment is what you would expect for NYC. Kind of old, kind of dingy, kind of small, but for the price I'm not complaining! And even through the price is awesome the location is even BETTER! Multiple subway lines within blocks, excellent Madison Square park one block away (where I spent every morning), delicious Eataly and Fairway Market at opposite ends of the street (please check out both!) and let's not forget the Flat Iron Building! I was overall thrilled with this apartment. If ever returning to New York, I will be booking this loft!
The only complaint I have is that the booking/payment process was a little sketchy. The deposit was 20% (not unusual) but it was not through a booking agency, just paypal. Even when we arrived, we left our bags with Winston since it was early, paid the rest in cash and left to catch our theater show without seeing the apartment. I had to have faith that Tonya and Winston were legit. Good thing they turned out to be, even though I never actually met Tonya. It all worked out, but had me pretty nervous. Hopefully that process will be changing in the future.
