About Joe call to book: five eight six two zero two zero one two seven

My name is Joe. I'm a home improvement specialist. I am also a vocalist and singing is my greatest love besides my beautiful wife Renee.

Joe call to book: five eight six two zero two zero one two seven purchased this house in 2009

Why Joe call to book: five eight six two zero two zero one two seven chose Northeast

We both fell in love to the gathering place by the fireplace the moment we walked through the door. We have made a lot of improvements on the property since we purchased it in 2009. We enjoy the mix of water play and nature at our end of Wiggins Lake.

What makes this house unique

We looked at a lot of properties on many different lakes before purchasing this home. Most lake properties we explored had very small yards and/or they were too steep. Our property is big enough and has a gentle slope to the waters edge and is great for play on land as well as in the water. We also enjoy all the twist and turns of our lake. There are several different coves to explore. Also it is so nice to have a bug free area to enjoy at night. Sitting in the screen room and listening to crickets and frogs is so relaxing. A great break from the city life!

gorgeous Sandy beach

  • 5 of 5

We recently stayed at this gorgeous beach house. I call it a beach house because of the amazing beach that the children enjoyed daily! There were also 2 paddle-boats & a canoe that kept the older kids entertained. The house is at the end of one of the lakes "fingers" which was perfect for the kids to take the paddle boat out by themselves w/out really leaving our eyesight! The house is quaint & provided the space we needed. We also rented the cabin (which the older kids LOVED) & was also able to rent the house next door (we had a large group). The covered patio & swing was used daily. Everything was fantastic. We had a GREAT time at this house & would come back. More than what was expected was provided (stocked cupboards, towels, beach toys, etc...)

Great vacation!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I just spent a week at Joe's vacation home in Gladwin with our kids and grandkids. Our grandsons (14, 13 & 9) fished off the dock every morning and evening. We also rented the pontoon boat and spent time playing on the sand bar. Campfires every night!

The house has two levels, each with a full kitchen and nice TVs. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep since we also had the pine cottage. We would recommend this property. Joe was very responsive to all emails - very easy to reach out to.

Great place to make lasting memories!

  • 5 of 5

This is a lovely home where we were able to make lasting memories as our three families (parents with 2 daughters' families) gathered on our annual "Week at the Beach". It was small enough to be homey and yet large enough for us to have enough space for privacy. The screened in porch, easy access to the lake, and the firepit made relaxing outdoors comfortable while the large window view from the main level made those who chose indoors feel a part of the lakeside setting. The bunkhouse was a comfortable place for one family. Ample upper and lower sleeping and cooking areas worked well for other two families. The big hit of the week was the pontoon. Tubing was great on this all sports lake. Quiet slow rides were relaxing and peaceful. It was close to town but very private. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We found all we needed to have a great vacation.
