About the owner: This has been our extended family's beach house for nearly 45 years. We completed an extensive remodel in 2010. Until that time, the house had reserved for only family use. We decided to let others enjoy the house, while still reserving plenty of time for ourselves. We are full time residents of Santa Cruz county. We have seen our children and recently our grandchildren enjoy our home in Rio Del Mar over these many years. Jim is an investor and Trish is a retired teacher who serves on several non-profit boards. We have experience in managing other rental properties and also own a vacation rental in Lake Tahoe. Being local residents with only one rental in the area, we are able to provide you with a more personal touch than can a management company. We guarantee that we will promptly address any of the questions and concerns of our renters and insure that your stay is as pleasant as possible.

Our home is located on what is known as the 'island' in Rio Del Mar. It is a highly desirable location for second homes for residents of Silicon Valley and the SF Bay Area because the 'island' homes are located right on the beach.
