I will get back to you when you send an inquiry but not necessarily in 24 hours. It's such a beautiful spot, we may be out in the woods!
We have quite a few bookings for Summer 2017 and are only considering those who wish to stay a minimum of 4 nights for our remaining month of August. Thanks.
Nestled on the shore of Lac Le Jeune, this beautiful location has a large deck and balcony. Enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, shooting, hiking, biking, more!!
This is a comfortable rustic log cabin suitable for four persons. Just off the Coquihalla Hwy, #5 and only 25 km from Kamloops and only 5 minutes from the Stake Lake Nordic Centre.
Superb location for the outdoor enthusiast in all four seasons. Marvelous ski out location for cross-country in the winter. Endless trails for biking, hiking or just walking.
Listen to the call of the loons and the notorious leaping you are quick enough you might even see one jump!

Had a very relaxing weekend at the cabin falling asleep to the sound of the loons. This is a very charming house with a massive patio that was perfect for the kids to play on. We had a exception experience and I am sure we will be back in the future.. Thank you!
Returned to this lovely cottage for a family get together just before Christmas. As has been noted by others, there is an impressive supply of well-dried firewood (and kindling), and the wood stove keeps the whole house lovely and warm. Kitchen is well-equipped, and open living room very comfortable for reading, talking, and enjoying a glass of wine by the fire and looking out over the lake. There was fresh snow, and we skied (x-country) every day we were there: on the lake itself, on the nearby Stake Lake trails (40 km of well groomed trails), and the Stake Lake dog trails were only 5 mins away). Our furry family members were in heaven! A great time was had by all, and thanks to Susan for making everything completely easy.
We have just enjoyed a great few days at this wonderful lakeside cottage! The weather was unusually cool for September, so we did not do a lot on the water. However, the mountain biking terrain was great, and we also did lots of walking with the dogs. The property is very well fenced, so we were also able to leave the dogs when we went out on our bikes. As others have noted, the access instructions worked perfectly, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We very much appreciated the ample supply of firewood, and we enjoyed our evenings curled up by the wood stove with our books. Also enjoyed the dog books that were there in the living room! Hope to come back again, and enjoy this place in other seasons (summer, winter).
This is an incredible place to go. Everything was so clean for our arrival. Instructions on how to get there and how to access everything were perfect. Although everything in the house was spotless and worked perfectly (stove, oven, coffee maker, amazing kettle, microwave, dishwasher, everything...), what I loved was that you weren't scared that you were going to break something. Corning-Ware dishes and not one fork, spoon, mug or cup that matched was amazingly stress-free and sooo made you feel like you were really up in the mountains at your own cabin in the woods. I was amazed that the owners provide free bottled water (thank you!!) and the satellite TV was excellent for catching the Olympics.
In the morning we would open the door to the deck and the french doors to the back yard and not only would we get a beautiful cross breeze but the doggies were in heaven with free reign to wander around. We did an amazing hike up the mountain, swam in the lake, walked the dirt roads and spent the rest of our time on that incredible deck (ate dinners, played cards, read our books, drank wine, soaked up the sun). As well, thank you so much for providing fire wood. Our favourite time is sitting by the fire, having a drink, playing the guitar...one night we even roasted marshmallows...and wouldn't you know it, there were roasting sticks there too! These owners have thought of everything!
We had a 2-man dingie and at night, after dark, we would line it with our comforter, dress warm, plop ourselves into it from the shore and float out into the middle of the lake, with a cathedral of stars above us. For an hour we watched shooting stars and listened to the loons talking to each other. Epic.
The drive into Kamloops was only 20 minutes so, although we stocked up well with food, we popped into town every once and a while for some shopping or to just walk through the market.
This is the perfect cabin for a large family getting together or 2 or 3 couples wanting to hang out for a week, for a girls get-away to just hang out on the deck or for just 2 of you to get away from everything.
We've told all our friends about this place and some are looking to book their next summer's holidays already.
We will continue to recommend it and can't wait to go back.
Thanks Susan (et. family)!!

We were able to finally get our sons together at the same time for a family vacation. I could not have found a better spot to catch up, laugh and relax with my family. My son said it best. Before I got here my neck was so tight it was hard to move and now it feels like jelly! The house was perfect! Clean, well furnished, and full of the feeling that a lot of love is in that home. I can not recommend this home enough. Susan went well above and beyond to get us accomodated for our dates that we needed. Thankyou so very much for sharing your home with us. A lot of memories were made there.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin. It is perfect for large family gatherings or for housing two small families for a vacation. We found the cabin fully equipped with everything we needed and felt right at home. The cabin is very private, unlike some lake cabins which are crammed close together along the waterfront. Communication with the owner was smooth, and we appreciated their prompt responses to our questions. My husband really enjoyed the nearby mountain bike trails as well. We look forward to returning.
