About Mary Looram, Looram and Associates LLC.

My husband and I purchased this home when he was stationed at Ft. Ord. We have 5 children and needed a big home. It was a wonderful place to bring up our family. Now they live all over the world. We need to be in New York but we gather together from time to time at Willow Street. Our family has grown to 19 with 8 grandchildren.

Mary Looram, Looram and Associates LLC. purchased this house in 1975

What makes this house unique

We love the Victorian bones of our home with high ceilings and stained glass windows. It is a bright, cheery ,comfortable home perfect for families getting together to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

We enjoy the backyard because of it's privacy using the hot tub and fire pit. A great place to hang out at the end of the day.

Upstairs balcony has small patio table and two chairs. Deck has three lounge chairs, umbrella, 5 patio chairs and three small tables, also croquet set and barbecue.

It was a beautiful, elegant home but so very cumfey,

  • 5 of 5

We fell in love with it from the moment we saw it and were greeted by Brenda, (warm, friendly, funny greeter). The home itself is big and amazing when you realize how long it has been there, yet everything works and our family (11of us) wanted to stay forever. The owners have done a lot to make sure their guests are comfortable. The back yard (great hot tub) was so sweet, lots of flowers and very quiet. It was a beautiful walk to the beach, passing quaint shops, restaurants and lovely old homes.

We all agreed we definitely want to go back again but we will stay longer next time.

We found the house to be perfect for our family reunion.

  • 5 of 5

The house is larger than it looks from the street. With the backyard, front porch, backyard, upstairs living area, no one ever felt cramped. Children loved the hot tub.

Unbelievable Home VRBO was a simple process.

  • 5 of 5

The Loorman Mansion was exquisite! We walked a couple of blocks to the shops and restaurants in downtown PG and then another 3 blocks to Lovers Point and experienced the Seals birthing and Whale migration. What a week of experiences that will last a lifetime.
