Just a short drive away from Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD and Philadelphia, PA, Sea Colony is the great resort for wonderful family beach vacation.
This large condominium (1,097 SF) has a large balcony overlooking a great beach and the Atlantic ocean. The guarded beach is seconds away, as are 5 oceanfront pools (the two closest outdoor pools are now heated as of May 2013 for longer enjoyment), four tennis courts, and indoor pool/fitness center. Swim in 6 more pools (one indoor with fitness center in building next to Dover, and one 25-meter lap pool); also 30 more tennis courts (four indoor), shaded trails, and fishing ponds. Stroll the long ocean-front promenade at Sea Colony East or walk the nearby boardwalk in Bethany Beach or drive south to Ocean City, MD for the amusement pier. Rehoboth Beach, DE Outlet tax free shopping is about 12 miles north of Bethany Beach.
Your master bedroom has one king bed, the guest bedroom has two queen beds. There is a sleep sofa in the living room. Please bring bed linens/towels (blankets, pillows are provided). Bed linen & towel service available for 6 persons @ $125 additional charge. Available for full weeks in summer, and weeks/long weekends off season. Sorry, but no pets are permitted.
A fully renovated condo. Opened up kitchen with breakfast bar, so full ocean view from new kitchen, all new stainless appliances, tile floors and bathrooms. 47 inch Phillips LCD Wall mounted flat screen TV in living room, 32 inch wall mounted Sanyo LCD TV in master bedroom. There is no lodging tax in Sea Colony (unlike the Town of Bethany Beach) and no sales tax in Delaware, but tenant will need to pay the Sea Colony tenant fees, currently $40 per person (over age 4) from June to early Sept. , 2016. The fees are $20 per person in the off season. One assigned parking unit under the building and one unassigned space outside.

Awesome view, Awesome unit!
My wife and I stumbled onto this property while looking for a place to unwind for the week. What a find! The unit is nicely appointed, well maintained, clean, and up-to-date. Fabulous view of the beach! A place we will definitely visit again. The owner was very responsive to every communication and question. Outstanding!
Clean, updated, will be returning to 905 Dover
This review is late and I apologize! We stayed at 905 Dover from 8/27 through Labor Day. In the past we have always booked through Resort Quest and this year we did VRBO. Stewart's condo was clean and well-appointed; better than any condo we stayed at in the past at Sea Colony. Moreover Stewart was extremely accommodating and responsive. We were there when Hermine hit the coast and Stewart, while out of the country, responded to every question we had within hours. We would highly recommend staying in this unit without any hesitation.
905 Dover is like a Home Away from Home
We just completed our eleventh vacation in this condo. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and is centrally located. Sea Colony is a great place to vacation and is kept spotless at all times. The local restaurants we would recommend are Cottage Cafe, Bethany Boathouse, Harpoon Hanna's and Sunset Grille. Within walking distance are a CVS, Walgreens, and Dunkin Donuts.
Stewart, the owner, is easy to deal with and responds quickly to emails. You won't regret staying in 905 Dover and will want to return year after year.

For those reading this review, Rich rented from the previous owner for 5 years. I acquired in February 2010 and fully remodeled in 2011. So now 11 straight summer seasons.

905 Dover is the vacation spot to be
Another great vacation in Bethany Beach. The condo is beautiful and in a great location. Family oriented area with great restaurants and many things to see/do.

Another great stay at Bethany Beach
This was our second stay at Stewart's condo and again, it was top notch in our book! The condo is clean and meets all our needs. It is nicely upgraded. Stewart is easy to communicate with and he responds quickly to questions. We will certainly book again when we go to Bethany.

We stayed four nights and it was wonderful! Condo is beautiful and location to beach was great especially with two small children. Condo was very modern and very clean. Stewart was great with any questions we had and responded very quickly. Would rent from again in the future.

Free Wi-Fi in unit. Upgraded HD TV viewing large wall mounted LCD TV. The two nearest outdoor pools, Chesapeake / Dover pool and the Edgewater pool are now heated This will permit longer enjoyment of the outdoor pool.

No Lodging or Hotel Tax on Condo rentals in Delaware, no application or other fees paid to owner, just pay Sea Colony Recreation Fees (age 4 and over) $40 per week in Season, $15 to $20 Off Season (2017 Rate), upon arrival. I do collect a $500 refundable security deposit from first time guests. NOTE: 2017 Guests have the first option on same week in 2018 till November 30, 2017. Back ups accepted
