Come share in the serenity and beauty of South Beach living, as we have done for over 15 years. Located at the point where the Atlantic Ocean and Calibogue Sound meet, the area is ideal for any and all water activities you can imagine. Come find your peaceful vacation within the gated community of Sea Pines Plantation.
Our villa has an updated kitchen with cabinets and granite counters, including new appliances, dishware, cooking utensils. A granite breakfast bar was added for additional seating and to take advantage of the views of Calibogue Sound. A favorite spot for children during breakfast. Both bathrooms have custom vanities with granite counters and porcelain tile floors. The entire villa has been repainted, and all furnishing were selected by an interior decorator to match the decor one expects on a vacation by the ocean. New custom blinds in both bedrooms and living room. New sleeper sofa, new couch , and new love seat. Located on the top floor, this 2 bed/2 bath villa is light and bright. Living room/dining/kitchen areas feature tiled floors and cathedral ceilings, and these areas, as well as the balcony, all look west to the Calibogue Sound and all those spectacular sunsets. Conveniently located in the South Beach Marina area - guests will be close to dining, shopping, tennis, golfing, boating activities, bike trails and more. All of this, and just a short 70 yard walk to the beach!
Bluff Villas are at the southern end of Sea Pines Plantation. The area provides numerous water activities to enjoy, or to take a leisurely stroll along the ocean and watch the dolphins frolicking along the water's edge. The South Beach Marina Village, home of the world famous Salty Dog Cafe and only steps from Bluff Villas, provides shops, restaurants, and charter tours on the water. The Village is where you'll also find the community pool if the beach isn't to your taste, and numerous high quality tennis courts (costs may apply). Sea Pines has over 20 miles of bike paths, four golf courses, including the Harbor Town Club (home to the Heritage Classic golf tournament), tennis courts of all types, an equestrian center, and a wildlife preserve to explore. Both within Sea Pines and just outside the gates reside over 200 restaurants ranging from children friendly to fine dining. We've been coming to Hilton Head for more than 15 years and finally decided to purchase a property for our enjoyment. We have 3 beautiful grown children who love the area as much as we do.

What makes this Villa unique
This Sea Pines area has so much to offer. We can't imagine picking another plantation. There is plenty of dolphin sightings on the sound. The nature preserve is beautiful, especially when the flower gardens are in full bloom. You can always spot an alligator in one of the many lagoons. There is a huge alligator by the Ocean Gate lagoon.

Fabulous view and location; steps to beach; lovely interior design; everything in top condition
This is by far the best condo we have rented in our numerous trips to Sea Pines, especially it's view of the Sound from the open living room, kitchen and dining area. Warm interior colors, very comfortable and more than ample seating in open living room, well equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, large bedrooms with both firm mattresses and pillows, and a delightful open floor plan. Owner responds quickly to inquiries. It has been a pure pleasure. Already looking forward to our return next year.

Amazing Dolphin Viewing
An added bonus to the great view from the balcony and the wonderful sunsets on the beach were watching the dolphins work together to catch fish. This happened almost daily, and sometimes just 5 feet away from the shore. The owners were very responsive and the kitchen was well-appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed every day of our month-long stay.
We are glad you enjoyed your time in our villa. Calibogue Sound really is the best to view the dolphins without having to take a dolphin tour. It would be our pleasure to have you stay in our villa again. Hope to hear from you soon.

Condo is the perfect location with everything needed for a great stay!
This is the second year we have stayed in this unit. It is perfect. The water is visible from the living spaces and a short walk...if you are lucky you will see a pair of young deer in the shrub/scrub on the way. Every morning and evening the dolphins put on a spectacular show. One adventurous dolphin came right up to my son in the water. It was an amazing experience for all.
The only reason I would not give every thing a 5 star is the wooded area between the condo building and the beach was being used as staging area for a beach restoration project way down on the Ocean side. This is a 24/7 project so trucks and other noise makers did disturb the peace. Otherwise PERFECT!

We loved it!
We just returned from staying here and loved it! The view to the sound is beautiful and truly matches the picture from the description. We saw dolphins everyday from the sound side at the beach. This condo is in a great location, within walking distance to rent bikes, and go to South Beach restaurants and shops. Even though you are very close to many amenities, it is very quiet and peaceful. The condo was great and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. The Sea Pines area is wonderful...we biked everywhere around the plantation. The only one suggestion (and this is not directed at the condo, but rather the condo community) is it would be wonderful if they installed an outdoor shower or a hose. Unfortunately there was nowhere to rinse off at coming from the sound side. (The beach club has outdoor showers if you go to the Atlantic.) We would take extra towels and try and wipe everything off as best as possible, but sand is stubborn. An outdoor shower or hose would be great to have! There was a hookup on the outside of our building but no valve to turn it off or on it. Just something to keep in mind if you go to the sound side. Be prepared to wipe off beach items and run to the shower right away. This was not a big deal at all and did not detour our enjoyment. We loved it here and would return.
Great Condo for Family
We just returned from a wonderful stay at this condo. It is in a fantastic location. We really enjoyed the beach right across the street and being so close to The Salty Dog. The condo was great. It is maybe ready for new mattresses in children's room but nothing that would stop me from coming back. Todd and Kelli were amazing responding quickly anytime we needed to communicate with them with questions of any sort.
Just a quick update for you. First of all, thank you for the suggestions about the mattresses. We appreciate the suggestions as it helps us keep our villa comfortable and like a home away from home for our guest. Secondly, we just purchased new mattresses for the twin beds so if you decide to visit again, you should be more comfortable. We hope to hear from you again soon.

Great location and accomodations
Very pleased that we found this gem on Hilton Head. Locations was a short walk to the quiet part of the beach. Close to The Salty Dog too! This 2-bedroom unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Owners were very responsive to any questions too.

PETS: No pets allowed. Failure to comply with this requirement will subject guest to immediate loss of the villa’s use for the remainder of the time period purchased, and the further loss of any security deposit. SMOKING: This villa is smoke-free, including the balcony area. Failure to abide by the no smoking request will cause loss of the security deposit. AGREEMENT CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY: Guest shall inform Owner by phone and in writing of Guest’s intent to cancel Agreement (the “Cancellation”). For cancellation received by owner: • On more than 30 days prior to commencement of the Rental Term: Rental deposit and security deposit shall be refunded, less $100 cancellation fee. • Less than 30 days prior to commencement of Rental Term: Guest shall forfeit the original payment of 50% of the total amount due (includes 50% of the rent, deposit, and taxes) unless the following condition is met: Guest rebooks subject to availability for another rental term. A new rental Agreement must be executed and the full prepayment of any additional Rent and Taxes related to new Agreement must be received. Reductions of the Rental Term (subject to minimum stay) must be submitted in writing to Owner prior to Due Date. OWNER RESERVATION CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY: In the unlikely event that the Premises become unavailable for any part of the tenancy specified herein, Owner’s liability shall be limited to refunding monies for the portion of the Rental Term made unavailable. As a courtesy, the Owner will help Guest find comparable accommodations.
